Presumably that means the Oxford game will be moved to the Sunday? Then Bolton to the Wednesday? And he was right. What are this weeks lotto numbers?

Presumably that means the Oxford game will be moved to the Sunday? Then Bolton to the Wednesday? Sky Sports scheduled a Thursday match in the League Cup first round last season. Doncaster Rovers played Leeds United on Thursday 13th August 2015, taking the game to extra time before winning on penalties. Two days later, on the Saturday, Doncaster got a 0:0 draw at Wigan. They then played out another 0:0 draw at home to Southend on Wednesday 19th August (not Tuesday 18th). Doncaster usually play home midweek matches on a Tuesday, so it appears that they might have been successful in pushing the fixture back by a day. Following the Thursday game at Doncaster, Leeds’ next two games took place on the Sunday (a goalless draw at Reading) and the Wednesday (the 2:2 draw at BCFC 1982 Ltd). In 2013 and 2014, the Sky games were on the Monday, two days after the League games on the Saturday. In 2012, League Cup first round games were played before the League season started. From the Rovers Official Site:
Given that our EFL Cup First Round Tie against Cardiff City is being televised live on Thursday 11th August, we have had to reschedule our opening two league fixtures at The Memorial Stadium. The game against Oxford United will now be played on Sunday 14th August, kick off 3.00pm and the game against Bolton Wanderers will now be played on Wednesday 17th August, kick off 7.45pm. In addition to these two changes, our away match against Gillingham, originally scheduled for Saturday 15th April 2017, will now be played on Friday 14th April 2017, kick off 3.00pm. Both ourselves and Bristol City are scheduled to be at home on Saturday 18th March 2017 and we are awaiting a decision as to whether or not we can both play those games or whether one of us has to reschedule. We are hoping that a decision will be made early next month. In addition, the kick off time for our match against Swindon Town on 27th August is likely to be brought forward. We are, as yet, unable to confirm the actual time until it has been considered the Safety Advisory Group at their meeting on 11th July. Starting to get excited about the new season after Just purchasing my first match tickets of 16/17 season (apart from my ST) for the Cardiff game. Hope to see a good turn out as it's our first home game of the season.

Starting to get excited about the new season after Just purchasing my first match tickets of 16/17 season (apart from my ST) for the Cardiff game. Hope to see a good turn out as it's our first home game of the season. As much as I am biting on the bit to go, it's the Saturday games I miss and I won't go for this game. The whole thing feels wrong to me. I will watch it in the pub
