Dvd of the most dramatic match in Bristol Rovers history is available from Pirate Leisure from Monday 16 May £11.95 and direct from 1st Take (mail order) £11.95 plus £2.50 p&p Rovers v Dagenham – The Promotion Decider!
Don’t miss a second of the action as Rovers won promotion in Bristol for the first time since 1953, by earning a ninth consecutive home win in front of 11,000 Gasheads. Watch the drama unfold as Lee Brown’s unforgettable 92nd minute winner saw Darrell Clarke lead Rovers to the unique achievement of back-to-back promotions. This special extended edition also includes celebratory footage on the pitch and around the stadium, as well as impromptu interviews with players and fans.
It will be in the Pirate Leisure shop and selected local outlets as soon as it has been released.

Do people still use DVDs? I thought everything was downloaded or streamed these days.

You can stream stuff to a few devices, from your PC/Mac etc just for your comfort. If you have films and music on your hardrive then you can stream to a TV or speaker. No internet needed for that

I'm happy with shiny discs for both music and films, getting up to change them provides useful exercise too.

I'm probably being very dense, but I can't find anywhere on the site where I can set up an account to buy the DVD- all (helpful) suggestions gratefully received.

Page 2 of the DVD section of the online shop: www.brfcdirect.co.uk/DVDs/The link to 'shop' from the main website is tiny ... did someone say 'low hanging fruit'?

That was a great watch last night, especially having got cold and wet watching Glos throw it away against Sussex.
The only problem is they show the goal right at the start in the opening credits - it gave the plot away!
One thing I noticed was on the build up to the goal. Andy stops commentating when Matty Taylor gets the ball and the next is him giving out a huge YESSSS!!! I guess that's the fan coming over and the commentator being parked, and you can sense us all holding our breath during that sequence - super stuff!

Got my copy yesterday, watched it before the FA cup final. Gave me goosebumps again as I remembered things I forgot from the day. Felt like Mansfield again until Browner tapped in that goal. I feel cleansed again. Onwards and upwards, looking forward to the new season. UTG.

I wasn't at all impressed with the commentary during the game, it was very amateur, uninteresting and sometimes nothing whatsoever to do with the game. The trouble is if you turn that off you don't hear the crowd reaction or singing.
