Admission criteria to the league is ;
Capacity 5,000, seats 500 with the ability to reach 1,000 in its first season (Twerton has 1,006 seats). By May 1st of it's first season however the club must have a capacity of 5,000 with 1,000 seats and the ability to reach 2,000. Twerton would struggle to get 2,000 seats in even with a temporary stand.
Floodlights should be OK.
CCTV is needed which, as of my last trip to Twerton in April wasn't in place.
A secure boundary wall of at least 2.2m needs to be in place meaning a wall would need built at the Bath End.
Spectator Standing areas behind the goal need to be terraced which, could cause issues again with the Bath End.
Computerised monitoring systems would have to be fitted on all turnstyles.
Adequate toilet facilities for both sexes which, I'm not sure is the case on The Pop any more (if it ever was).
Emergency lighting needs to be in place, which there isn't at the moment.
The big one for me is the disabled facilities are non-existant.
40 seats in the mainstand must be held for directors.
Changing rooms must be 18 square metres with 6 shower units or baths, two urinals, 2 basins and a WC. Is this the case? I'm not sure.
Minimum of 20 seats with desktops and 10 with powerpoints for the press, there's 6 maybe 7 at Twerton.
The shortest pitch run off allowed in the league is 2.25m, that's not the case at certain bits of Twerton.
The playing surface must be "flat and free from surface depression and excessive undulations". Twerton is not flat. The slope should not exceede 1:41 in any direction, I think it may.
But bar that.
