Read the post from the Grimsby fan. The first team should be kept well away from this and we should put the development squad out in every round. Would also help Marcus out in getting fringe players more game time. The focus fist and foremost must be promotion. I disagree, assuming each home cup match is revenue and the wembly final being a six figure bonus it could be worth two top players the following season (or a scouting department) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You have to play pretty well a first team as the games are,as i understand played on saturday and take preference over League games. IMO you can only really rest a couple of players and in truth it wont be much different to normal as there will be no JPT,No League Cup, and probably very few FA Cup games!!

It's now hit home how much our esteemed leader Sir Nick Higgs has ruined us. Arsehole. Love the avatar. Can we get one done for lord of the manor Geoffrey Martin Hugh Dunford too? I would if I could photoshop. Unfortunately the avatar isn't my work, top marks to whoever created it. I'll attach a larger version for whoever may want to use it.

Personally, I would put all of my eggs in the league basket. Play the youth team in the cup games. It is likely that our squad is going to be on the small side so the league has to take priority.

'They' say if you get to the FA trophy Final and have a few Conference games postponed come the final run in you can have a big pile up of fixtures and the Trophy can get in the way of your promotion challenge,if you have one.
