which means we are exempt until the fourth q round in the fa cup, and until the first round proper of the FA trophy, so no red herrings in qualifying rounds, now there's something!!

When we got relegated it didn't take long for me to think that at least we have a chance of getting to Wembley in the FA Trophy.
I reckon we'd take as many as we would in a league play off game.

The FA Trophy has a more prestigious sound to it that the Johnsons Paint Trophy

It's now hit home how much our esteemed leader Sir Nick Higgs has ruined us.
Arsehole.

I know the Vase is different, but I wonder how many on here went to the 1978-79 FA Vase final. Almondsbury Greenway got gubbed 4-1 by Billaricay (who had won the Vase 3 times out of 5), but the place was "packed" with gasehads that day.

How many would we take to Wembley if we get to the final.... Given our present distressed circumstances, I would still predict a following of 20,000-25,000.

We might get to play Mangotsfield United or Yate Town! Mind you we might also have to play Burnham Ramblers or Chalfont St Peter.
Anyway, Martin O'Neill won it twice with Wycombe and it didn't do him any harm.

You get this all time from both Bristol clubs, how many you take on a jolly to Wembley is irrelevant isn't it? We all know how many people live in Bristol. Gas get between 5 and 6,000 normally, that might drop in the Conference. How many times has the Mem sold out? That is a far more relevant statistic.

How many would we take to Wembley if we get to the final.... Nowhere near 40,000.
My word what an opportunity was missed in 2007.

I think its worse for the youth team. They have now been entered in the Prelim round and have to beat Gloucester City. They then have 3 more qualifying rounds before the first round proper. Wasn't it a few years ago they got through to about the quarter final?

if we are doing well in the league and get to wembley it would be 30,000+. If we are not doing so well then 20,000+

Read the post from the Grimsby fan. The first team should be kept well away from this and we should put the development squad out in every round. Would also help Marcus out in getting fringe players more game time. The focus fist and foremost must be promotion.
