'So gentlemen, after six hours of looking on a map, we STILL don't know where Braintree is?'

Yawn, another pointless thread........
I heard this, bloke told me that.
It would appear that no one on here or Twitter, knows 'jack'!!
However, to keep saying todays the day, big news coming today, I've heard something...eventually news will come out on the day that you posted it....again, and then you can enjoy your status as pretending you are 'ITK', though to be honest, no one will really care!!!

I thought the board meeting was yesterday? There was one yesterday. Maybe they never finished the business at hand. I hear there were some very concerned faces after yesterday. All this confidentiality stuff is hard to deal with eh

If it was held at the mem then there would have been a dozen or so staff there that would have seen them or heard about it.

Geoff quoted this morning via Twitter
"It is always satisfying to see people in their "True Colours" and realise you were not wrong about them". No other explanation.
What could he mean? My conspiracy theory, based purely on reasonable hunch, is that there is an on-going Boardroom rift over future funding of the club.
This has Eastville / Twerton @ 1985 - Geoff on a white charger written all over it.

Just try to think that it's all just Chinese whispers.

Maybe someone suggested another biscuit instead of Custard Creams. Sending Smartprice rich tea fingers upstairs while custard creams took a less active role was always on the cards, and had been for some time. Sadly, nobody budgeted for the fact that you can't buy individual packets and have to fork over an entire thirty-odd pence for a pack of two - a top to bottom sampling review of the tea trolley is now a priority.
