Hi guys,
Thought I'd just pop on here and let you know you've acquired two very good players for next season! Jamie White will score you goals if he gets a good pre-season under his belt. Didn't have such a good record last season due to injury, but towards the end of the season looked to be back to his best. He may look unfit during pre-season, but give him a chance and the goals will come! One of the most instinctive finishers I've seen at this level. Gets into good areas, and as I say, scores goals!
As for Stu, you've got a fans favourite! Won our player of the season award for the past 2 seasons running after being signed from Arlesey Town after an FA Cup tie (we also had had Robbie with us previously). Since then he's never looked back. He's got a fantastic engine on him and won't stop running! His energy is fantastic, and despite his size, he doesn't get knocked about, and even when he does he'll get straight back on his feet! We've all loved seeing him play - and the big thing about him is he can play literally anywhere across the midfield, and at full back. His energy will impress a lot of people, and I'm sure you'll fall in love with the man! He's a fans/managers/team mates dream! I'll always remember the goal he came up with against Chelmsford to secure our play-off final spot to come back up to the Conference just over a year a go!
Anyway, best of luck for the new season guys - I might even come and take in a Gas game at some point...it looks like we'll cease to exist as a club come tomorrow. Just glad to see all the players get the moves they deserve.

Thank you Liam, fingers crossed for you as a club (even at this late hour, I hope something can be done).

Thanks for the insight into the players, and the interest shown in BRFC. It's much appreciated. Hope things improve for you, and I hope that you enjoy your ''awayday.''

Thanks for the positive input, Liam.
Really hoping that there will be last minute intervention of some sort before the axe falls for you.

Good luck to you and Salisbury Liam.

Thanks Liam - are you related to a Julie by any chance? No worries, and I'm not...there may be a Liam who is though! Thanks for the positive input, Liam. Really hoping that there will be last minute intervention of some sort before the axe falls for you. And thanks - we are hoping so too, but I think all hope has gone. No manager, no players and a deluded owner with no cash...we have no hope! I know Paul Smith (sports writer for the Mirror I believe) is fighting our corner hard, but this guy has no intention of handing his shares over, and as he has no money, we're doomed! I just don't get how the FA/Conference passed him to become an owner of a football club..! We've been badly run for a few years now, and Touzar getting hold of our club has put the final nail in the coffin...

Awful what's happened to Salisbury, I've heard noise about a phoenix club who will have to start at the same level the new Merthyr Town did so expect to see Salisbury in the Western Division One or Wessex Divison One which, would be an eye opener like it was for Merthyr supporters.

I'm sure us girls can manage to fall in love with the man if we're called upon to, just as long as he's got the legs for it At the risk of sounding like an echo, I'm hoping you get an 11th hour reprieve too - good luck!
