I see the police are gleefully telling the world they have arrested another 10 gasheads for being upset at getting relegated, bringing the total to 25. Personally I think the club got off lightly. As far as I know, no one got hit, or hurt in anyway. Apparently they had clenched fists and looked angry. I understand it is an offence to go on the pitch, but I would bet if they did it after a win, nothing would have been said.
Now I wonder, why our under employed police arent looking for car drivers, as they are an even easier target. Leave the thieves rapists and murderers to another day.
Mind you, if they are short of work, how about looking at the knuckle draggers from Ashton Gate during and after the game last season.
If they aren't sure who to look for I'll help them. ,ignore the players and officials, and nick everybody else on the pitch then that useless cow who said she was happy how her policing of the match went, might even be able to lay claim that she really did earn her money that night.
if that's not enough of a clue, put the video of the game on your player. You know the video, the HD one that you could recognise your neighbour in the crowd from. Or is sky so crap you can't recognise the ugly bast*rds, but you can on CCTV from the Mem.
Well, that'll be a first.

A steward was hit, as was a player and a copper punched in face and several kicked by one man who wouldn't accept restraint by the legal authority (a fact whether people like it or not). Should a copper get kicked for carrying out his job? Just your normal broken Britain problems really.
And the fact that some people dont get done for speeding doesnt give a precedence for others speeders getting done 9 moths later.
I was in a box next to one with several young kids who at end of game were not bothered by relegation but were terrified of what was happening, and had to be taken inside, when all they wanted to do was applaud their particular hero off the field.
It's simple the law says you cant go on the pitch, the ground regulations say you cant go on the pitch, so accept problems if you errrr go on the pitch. Thankfully authorities make allowances where over celebration causes a minor and temporary loss of mind, but hundreds running at opposition fans, man handling staff and police ? Nah, not on your life, dont care if we got relegated, Board sold the club to an arab for £1 - nothing justifies. Never ever.

She most certainly does, and now she has received her dues of course. Tony Benn would have been so proud to see where her journey up the slippery pole has finished. What was it that they used to call her? Red Dawn weren't it? Bring back Michael Cocks, that's what I say. Although he did end up as Baron Cocks of Hartcliffe it's true, you knew exactly where he was coming from, and was not a corkscrew.

Hope those kids weren't at Trashton earlier in the season where after all it was only a friendly, boisterous pitch invasion. Just like with referees all people want with the police is consistency.

Interesting to see a distinct lack of condemnation on this forum for behaviour by gasheads that brings shame on our club. No shortage of condemnation of people who are not very good in their job.....BoD, players etc.
Personally I'm unhappy with the BoD but more embarrassed by some of my fellow gasheads.

Is that right then `Phil`? still cant spot a wind up then mate???....By the by,It doesnt matter in my eyes whether 5,50 or 500 people run on a football pitch they are all breaking the law so all should be prosecuted. But the fact of the matter is,Higgs doesnt frequent the Mosonic Lodge like Lansdown does,Obviously or `Monsters City` would get the same treatment.

Actually Padstow I thought the same. Perhaps Mancgas has selective vision. He saw assaults that none of us in the Blackthorn End saw, but obviously missed GBH committed by our finest against a helpless lad. In fact some of our oldest fans were shouting at them to lay off because the lad was helpless in the face of such a concerted assault.
If he had suffered a medical attack of some description as a result of the assault we would have several policemen in court for a vicious assault, not 25 people who encroached onto a football pitch.
Whilst I defend our police for the awful job they have to carry out, there was just no need for that attack. Be interesting to hear Mancgas' view of the incident. It happened right beneath where he sits.
By the way, monster monster is a sh*thead. Just read some of his postings on OTIB.
