Macca & Lawrence both lucky to stay on the pitch. For 3/4 games now our midfield has looked toothless & absent, the game completely passing them by. Mansell huffed & puffed, Ollie Clarke came in & out of the game with LL again looking lost out there. I'd never hang one person out to dry as a scapegoat but our midfield is seriously weakened with his inclusion, as the last few games have shown. Cannot for the life of me understand why Lines cannot get in ahead of him, the one central player we have that can drive forward at the opposition. Having two 'older heads' sitting the middle just isn't working, plain for all to see.
It ended up being just another Saturday on the road where the pre match atmosphere was absolutely superb, only to have the life sucked out of us by another drab & dull showing.
We have to win on Tuesday night, nothing else will do. Drop points and I fear DC will certainly feel a touch of wrath.

There wasn't much to give, really. Billy Bodin fell over twice. Lawrence was a bit lucky to stay on the pitch, I thought. It wasn't the worst tackle I've ever seen but when you've over run the ball and stretched with your studs up like he did, I've seen reds given. From where I was stood, Bodin was blatantly shoved two handed in the back the 2nd time, although I have to say it was evened out earlier when one of our defenders pushed one of theirs over in our box in the first half. Gaffney was rugby tackled also by their centre half twice in the 2nd half but we were never going to get anything seriously awarded to us by the ref yesterday so just have to take it on the chin and move on to the next game but I have to say what on earth is Lawrence doing being picked for every game, he is just hopeless and seems to have caused a huge imbalance in the team and affected our work rate up and down the pitch. We've lost every away game he's been involved with, the only game we've won away since he's arrived was at Oxford and he was out injured and couldn't play, so if I was Mansell or Sinclair I'd accidently stamp on his foot during training and put him out of action for the next ten weeks so we can get back to winning ways. Come on Darrell, take it on the chin do the right thing and drop him, permanently or else the accusations of favourtism will start to be banded about if they haven't already.

Yet another 4 changes,it would be interesting if some statistician could work out how many changes have been made this season. It strikes me DC does not know his best side or he just likes changing to keep players on their toes.It didn't work in the last 8 games 2 years ago and doesn't seem to be working now.The successful sides are those who have a settled team, the more changes you make the less consistency you get.Now is the time for DC to pick his best? 11 and stick with it for the remainder of the season.14 points from 10 games says his strategy is not working I've not been able to go for awhile so have not seen Lawrence but it seems that the majority of posters would say he is not up to it and not really probing to be giving us anything different. What do you think of him please ? Just seems that our dip has coincided with him coming into the team and, to be clear, I am not looking to scapegoat I think LLs future is behind him and he adds nothing to the side, but somewhere along the road DC HAS TO STOP THIS CONTINUAL CHANGING OF THE SIDE it does nothing for the style of play or standard

Overall changes are accepted by the players. Only heard Easter publically say in a radio interview that he expected to have played more. But he gets his chance and frankly has disappointed us all with his lack of goals. Its not down to form is it?Parkes had a poor game last week but surely that is no reason to drop him,it would be different if he had 3 or 4 bad games but that is not the case. When you look at LL it seems he is guaranteed a place regardless.DC is tinkering for the sake of it and he is now being found out.Once again he fields a side that has only the 2 wing backs for creativity, thats a no go way to win games. The decision to let Harrison go on loan has backfired massively because he is one player who can make an impact from the bench. Before people start to say it wasd Harrisons request,of course it was but a strong manager would have said no,you stay and fight for your place,he has the power to refuse any request for a move albeit loan

No your right. They were f***ing cheats!! You cannot blame the officials, however poor,on a team that was badly selected and didn't perform

I have criticised him before but I had to eat my words. I do worry as it seems that a few that are saying the harmony in the squad is not what it was. I hope that IF true then it's a situation that can be rescued by redressing the balance. I guess that a fair few players that could rightly expect to be better remunerated simply in being back in the FL i have to admit that it is a shock to hear you say this Padstow as you aren't one to criticise quite so strongly. That says a lot to me. With me not being able to go I rely on the feedback of others although I do try not to hand out stick when I've not seen the player in question

Officials are always biased, cheats or inefficient if your team lose, they are what they are just live with it.If the team had played better then your comments would have been immaterial
