Thought it was going to be a damp squib but excellent comeback, well done Gas! Poor run over, onwards and upwards!

What was the crowd fella ? 7,400 Thank you. Yet another missed match by me. This season is turning into a mate for me and cabin fever is setting in. Glad of the win and looks like Accrington are certainly the real deal. Oxford must be worried

However first time I have seen Lawrencre and mas not impressed especially first half. That midfield 3 was all wrong and i would easily have hooked him.for Ollie Clarke. Far too lightweight in the middle and no real urgency from Lines or Lawrence leaving Sinclair to suffer amd we never gave our front two anything. Was better second half when Lines actually displayed what he is capable of and what frustrates many of us about him. My MOTM was Lockyer. A real solid player. No frills but pretty special in his own way. Definitley need to improve. Was Manse injured as i think he was missed immensely

As you say, it's a win and another 3 points and puts a stop to the losing streak. I woukd have been a little concerned had we lost today though. I think 7,400 on such a miserable day is a bloody good show

The wind was such a factor today, once DC made the change it opened up the midfield for Lines to control the game then Brown and Leabitter ran the channels very well. Bodin deserves a mention as his class shows and Lockyer was my motm. Their 11 prematch showed what a good strike of the ball he possessed and Mildenhall was equal to it in the 2nd half making a good save.
Their 92 fans were giving it large about foreign money ect so was nice to have the last laught. Well done gas, a hard fought win in terrible conditions

May be those who said they wouldn't return until the current board was replaced have returned ?

I wasn't impressed with the attendance, given the excitement of the day before.
I was less impressed with the utter garbage of a performance in that first-half.
We were much more controlled football-wise in second-half, so credit to staff and players for that, which rescued us from a potentially embarrassing day.
I think that Clarke was OTT on how difficult it was to prepare his side, given the takeover the day before. That should have been a source of inspiration, but there was no intensity for 45 minutes. Players have futures to play for and it seemed that some had entered the arena with a white-flag in terms of their futures.
The President and Chairman have made it clear: Play-offs are the pass-mark for the season, consistent with what DC said at the start of the season.
All's well that ends well, but Half-time Wael-come and Goodnight Irene was the highlight.

Once the long cross ball play was abandoned I thought we looked set to win, and win we did

May be those who said they wouldn't return until the current board was replaced have returned ? There were representations made on behalf of our most high profile banned man and it wasn't liked by our stadium manager. Hopefully we can now put that silliness behind us and be totally inclusive. It really has been daft and we really need to garner all of the support we can and be inclusive. I am hopeful that we will see the banned come back and to be able to move on from the daft behaviour. I feel confident that we can look forward to seeing old and familiar faces, back supporting the team and a big hoorah from me on that point
