A new dawn you say, brfc? Well we could certainly do with one, in fact I think that we're long overdue. It seems that each recent day (and not so recent as well), has brought with it bad news for us, from signings all the way up to the UWE stadium. It's sure to stop soon, isn't it?

Literally the future of the club depends on the next year or so, so the whole club must get right what we have been getting wrong for too long.
Our support has never waned, the club must start to perform. UTG

I hope it's a new dawn, I guess we all said that after our last 2 relegations and they never turned out to be new dawns at all. I don't want to 'Board bash' but I guess until there is recognition that things are wrong and need to change, there can't be a new dawn - i.e. if we do all the same things we've always done before how is that 'new'?
I'm hoping that the Fans Forum later this month will see the club share the findings of their 'review' and admit "we've made mistakes over the last few years, sadly this has resulted in us dropping into non-league. However, we are where we are but going forward these are the things that we are going to do differently". However, from the output of the SC EGM it would appear (I say appear as I was not there and have had to rely on the output of those who were) that there is no recognition that things need to change (instead finger pointing elsewhere), so no 'new dawn'.
It's like a recovering alcoholic or gambler - the first step to getting better is acknowledging there is a problem and then move on from there. I'm not sure that has happened to be honest and it would 'appear' to be business as usual.
I hope I'm wrong and things improve massively on and off the field. But I'll reserve judgement on that until later in the season

You are bang on the money. What we have is a group of individuals who are in deep denial of the brevity of the situation they have vested upon us. We will get nowhere until they accept responsibility but then do something about it
