RELEGATION Bristol City 23 4 9 10 22 39 -17 21 Charlton 23 4 7 12 20 39 -19 19 Bolton 23 1 11 11 18 37 -19 14 Happy Boxing Day Gasheads. Can not disagree with those sentiments, but a word of caution in that it is only half time in the season and many more results like today and they may be forced to bring in somebody competent who may just get it right enough to scrape it.

That really was dire today. Zero creativity from the first minute to the last. Rumours of fans being locked out, busy body stewards having a barney with gasheads about where they should stand. Area flooded out at the front where I was due to sit, stewards informed and they didn't do a thing about it. Had to stand at the back next to the womble supporters (who were morons) right next to the no standing/health & safety sign.
Not one rovers player had a good game today, decent to be up to 5th but so dissapointing not to be able to beat 10 men over 86 mins. At times you couldn't tell who had been reduced to a player less!
Anyway, onto Orient!

Anyway, onto Orient! Isn't that always the way though, as the 10 men left all step up a gear or two and also aim to keep it tight? We may have well been better off playing against 11 men and catching them on the break.

Well - if I don't get to a Rovers away match... I selfishly always want a 0-0 result. The Gas get a point... no goals... I didn't miss an away win. Happy days. UTG. That's a bit weird. I didn't go today but wanted us to win. As it was we sounded pretty awful on the radio. I'm not sure the red card did us many favours really.

Disappointing. We never looked remotely like scoring. They could easily have sneaked one. We managed to get three last minute cancellations in the Wimbledon end at about 2 pm but wife and daughter had to miss out. I've had better Boxing Days.
