Detailed minutes aren't necessary. Clearly some things will be genuinely confidential and won't be included. However, a general overview of some of the areas discussed, along with issues raised by the fans directors with actions agreed, would be a good start. It's not rocket science. I don't know if Carlisle fans have paid a million quid for their fans rep, but I doubt it. Sad to read and have it rammed home just how wrong Rovers are getting everything at every turn. You make a valid point sir. I can't see the harm in publishing the agenda of a board meeting. Obviously this would not include any outcomes etc, but what harm can there be in publishing what they proposed to discuss. I don't see any harm in our Fan's Director's providing us with a brief summary of what they have asked on our behalf and the response from the Board. If they are scared that non members of the supporters club might get to know then publish it in the supporter's newsletter and then those of us who are members will 'cross our hearts and hope to die' in promising not to tell anyone else

They're Directors of the company. They've got equal responsibility with the other Directors for running the company. They're the ones who should be formulating and giving answers, not asking questions. They don't tell us what's discussed, or even that a meeting's taken place, let alone what their views on any subject are or why decisions were made. Before the sharescheme, one of the mantras the Board fell upon and flogged to death was 'if only you knew the things we have to deal with' and it was partly on the back of that that the sharescheme took flight, with the slogan 'have your say'. Nothing was said then about it all being subject to confidentiality agreements and that our representatives would need to disappear behind a veil of mystery. I don"t think the people concerned with setting it up (not me - or Masters or BSS for that matter) were being disingenuous in that. It's the inheritors of the scheme who have quite shockingly sold it down the river, such that we now get told less than we did before, and a lot of genuine good will by people wanting to help out has been withdrawn.
