Interesting more Gas than C*ty Raiders at Luton in the space of a week.
Credit to all that travelled.
Could hear you outsinging home fans at times!

Supported him since day 1 like I've never supported any manager before, it's funny thinking back to this time last season when we were getting beat away at Barnet and Altrincham and i was getting lynched by nearly the whole forum for backing him, it would have been so easy for the BoD to get rid of him back then, but the way he talks about the game and the success rate of his decision making plus the inside info I've heard about him from certain people within the football world meant i knew i had to back him rather call for his head ferociously like i did with Buckle, McGhee & Ward. As I remember it, a few very much wanted DC out, but the vast majority wanted to give him time. And that is my recollection too. All of this John Wayne nonsense really is very tedious, as is the hero worshipping from afar.

If Leadbitter retains the level he's playing at he could get us an incredible sum. Up and down all night, deserved a win. Clarke, Clarke and Sinclair also brilliant. They all worked tirelessly and completely deserved it. I've fallen in love with this team.

All of this John Wayne nonsense really is very tedious, as is the hero worshipping from afar. You only find it tedious because it's true and you tried to silence me throughout the first few months of last season, and then you drifted away like a fart in the wind when things started going well.

The undroppable Matty Taylor.... Oh wait Do you mean the Matty Taylor who provided the pass to Sinclair for the goal tonight?

Interesting more Gas than C*ty Raiders at Luton in the space of a week. Credit to all that travelled. Could hear you outsinging home fans at times! There were a number of reasons for that ..... There weren't many of them singing..... We sang more songs and more often than they did..... We dominated so much of the play we really didn't give them much to sing about..... A really good away 'day' with a fine solid performance by the whole team....an absolute brilliant away performance, well done Darrell... UTG !

I recall one very short Luton song mid way through the second half, they must have been taken back by the volumes were generating. Pretty damn Loud under that low roof.
What an ending, just as I was saying I'm pleased with 0-0!
Any idea if the radio commentary for the game is available at a later date?? Would love to hear the reaction when the beard slammed the ball home.

What a fantastic result, I had pleasingly settled for a point!, Sinclair showing no nerves or fatigue from his recent injury, what a well taken goal, much respect to the 500+ travelling Gasheads.

I hope people will lay off Taylor and some apparent obsession DC has with him. He creates chance and brings others into play. Thats why he gets game time. It looks.like Ellis might finally be the main man as well. We have options and Taylor is a.good.one

As I remember it, a few very much wanted DC out, but the vast majority wanted to give him time. Disappointing they didn't come on the forum and post there support back then, but it's water under the bridge now, and those Match Threads last season and in the days after were like a riot scene. The last thing i want to do it trawl back through old threads but i'm certain the last thing i read was the vast majority wanting to give him time, maybe that was vibe on the terraces and in the bars. I did and still do, totally with you for all the reasons you quote, people in the game also tell me how well he is regarded. I do think someone will take him though, lets hope not soon.

Is there a video of the goal online? Anyone have a link? The twitter link posted by Astafjevs five replies before yours has the goal on it - you don't need to be signed in to view it.
