Anyone watching this game? Grimsby are winning 0-1 very early on. Soon after Grimsby hit the post. Should be 0-2 Grimsby.

Arnold. Lobbed the keeper who made a poor attempt to save it.

Hope Grimsby are in the final.
At least a proper club would be guaranteed of a football league return.

The Grimsby team at Eastleigh tonight is the same as the one that lost 1:0 to Rovers at Blundell Park on 14th March, with the exception of: - Gowling in for Robertson
- Brown in for Clay
- Palmer in for Jolley.
Three further changes on the Grimsby bench.

Grimsby winning 1-0 at HT but should be 2 or 3 up.
A bit like us last night then.

Big, serious slanging match going on between substituted Craig Stanley and his manager!

Richard Hill and Stanley having a proper barney after CS was taken off, RH telling him to get out of the dugout. Classic. Delightful club.

Grimsby won by two goals to one.
And even better news: their drum is broken!

I think it will be a fair shock if Grimsby don't make it to Wembley now. Eastleigh were at sixes and sevens after the second goal - Stanley refusing to leave the bench after having a barney with the manager - not the kind of thing you want to see from your team in the playoffs, to say the least. Can't see that dressing room being a happy place either.

Can't see Stanley being at that club much longer. He thinks he's some kind of star, but he's just a bloody donkey.

Didn't see anything from either club that worried me. Arnold scored two cracking goals but I doubt he could do the same again in the next game or possibly two. As long as we get through to the final, I think we should be ok as long as we play to our strengths and are mean in defence.

Agreed you have confidence that our defence wouldn't make the same mistakes as we saw tonight, just got to get to Wembley first.
