I can hear all those blades getting put way as I type. BRI had a lucky escape. LOL. Just reading the comments from some on here. I genuine believe they haven't got a clue just what a shambles this club is still in and don't live in the real world. They are stuck in 2007....
The Club is still a shambles - Which is why I'm so grateful to Clarke for being the first man in years to come along, see the depth of the problem and set about doing something about it.

Thank **** for Ellis. IMO play Easter up top alongside Harrison. We have got lucky with the results else where today, now need to step up, UTG

Has anyone had any reports on how Jermaine Easter played today, well for the last 26 minutes anyway.

It seems a very strange team selection today ....Granted!
Some of you ought to go back and read your comments today .... as the game unfolds ... the usual s**te that the manager doesn't know what he is doing!! You are poisoning this forum as so many have been spoiled before.
Darrel Clarke is the best thing that has happened to this club in years...Genuinely cares, speaks with common sense , respected by the players ...working to get us up!!
please take care that some of you aren't the catalyst that sees him hounded out of our club .... whether we go up this year or not!!

Exactly, no arguments from me on that score. I just hope he gets the credit and time he deserves to finish the good job he is doing. And the 5 minute quick fix mentality from the board doesn't raise its ugly head if we don't go up. The job Clarke is doing, and doing well, is much deeper than 90 minutes at Halifax which a lot don't seem to grasp, IMO.

Well in the end I guess it wasn't a bad point esp with Macc drawing and Grimsby winning at HT. I'm sorry but however big a fan you are of DC he got it wrong today. Our defence isn't the problem so why flood the team with defenders/central midfielders.
All out attack on Friday:
Mildenhall
Leadbitter Parkes McCrystal Brown
Dawson Lockyer (Mansell now suspended) Lines Balanta
Harrison Easter
Puddy, Blissett, Taylor, Monkhouse, Clarke/Trotman

Yep spot on - problem long term is there is only so much a manager can do when it comes to the deeper issues. But I like the players again - for that small mercy he should stay on whatever happens between now and the end of the season. Can only see things continuing to improve so long as he does.

Yep, there are some total bell-ends on here. Engage brain before hitting 'send'.

Away from home on a crap pitch against a half decent team (for the Conference). Add to that being 0-2 down, a draw is a very satisfactory result. Don't panic... we will still win this league.

Has anyone had any reports on how Jermaine Easter played today, well for the last 26 minutes anyway. No, but everybody is suggesting he starts upfront on Friday, alongside Harrison who was pretty poor when started against Eastleigh! Harrison seems brilliant coming on as a sub, why change things?

Love this forum - you're allowed an opinion as long as it's the right opinion! If it's not - you're the poison that will frighten DC away. Quite incredible

That was poor. Needed to start with wingers. Two fine goals got us out of jail and I'll take that but we need to be better. Ellis changed the game but Easter also showed some class. I'd drop Mildenhall personally. Out of the starters Lines, Leadbelly and Brown did well.

You really had to be there to appreciate just how awful the pitch, ref & our first half showing really was!
That being said, it was all Rovers second half. Big improvement when Ollie Clarke went off, Lines drove the team forward at every oppurtunity, Easter showed quality touches & movement, then Ellis with THAT goal.
Can't really describe the quality of it myself, just wait for the highlights! Hope they get away end on camera, it went absolutly mental!
Onto Aldershot now and back to winning ways!

The ref truly was one of the worst so far, I loved it at the end where all the Halifax bench and seats behind them were pointing for Mildenhall to move the free kick back and suddenly the ref who has been looking at him all the time starts pointing in exactly the same way, priceless. But less funny was the amount of dubious decisions especially as one lead to their second goal. The pitch was awful but certainly gave them no advantage.

Glad I'm seeing the last 7 games. Not going to Macclesfield unfortunately but it's on TV! I think Harrison will play a big part (coming off the bench of course) in getting us up.

I thought Easter looked rustier than a very rusty thing.
