Went for kit 2 in the end. Would be good if fan's could submit ideas mind you. "Went for kit 2 in the end." Same here, all looked similar.

I suspect you're posting that as a dig at some fans' resistance to change, but istm that would actually be a decent idea. 100% serious! I love the retro Rovers kits. Think Green and Buff halves could be unique up and down the football pyramid! It's a great shout

It might be impossible to please everyone but surely they could give us better options than this?
One of them looks like they have been ran over by a car ffs
As a kid I used to design kits just for fun, if I dug out the box of old drawings im sure most would be better than this lot.

To me it is a disappointing selection to choose from, but on the basis that number 3 has a hint of the quarters about it, then that's the one for me.

Typical fans reaction to suggested kits .... Don't like them , bloody rubbish etc etc No surprise there then ! That's it. Bloody ungrateful fans holding the club back with their stupid expectations. I'd like to see them do as well. That's the main problem with this club. Never mind a new PR man to try to stop the moaning, what we need is a completely new set of fans. People who will pay up, watch the football, and shove off. People who'll focus on all the good stuff not pick away with their bloody moans dressed up as so called suggestions for improvement. Oh, and buy the shirts. And like them. Or not. Who cares? And be grateful. The occasional thank you wouldn't kill them. It's all take take take with some people. Supporters are supposed to support. That's the deal. It's fact. That means paying up, cheering, and shoving off. They should be bloody grateful they're being sold a shirt. I hope it falls to bits. Very 'Twerton Spirit'. Onwards and upwards.

The business model depends on me finding out about these things, and being committed enough to do so, and knowing where to look, so the fact that I haven't puts me in the wrong. I've failed the club again. I'll undertake a top to bottom review of myself.

As a fan, wearing a yellow football shirt with jeans just looks plain ridonculous....whatever the design.

Personally like 3 - retains the yellow that's currently quite successful and incorporates our pretty unique quarters!
Anyone wanting to go back to the Purple must have a very short memory.
Anyway nothing like giving this forum something to moan about.
Results more important than shirts - and we were involved!

Have to agree with the suggestion for an inverted Black Arab shirt.
For me, there doesn't appear to be a standout and I went for number 2, closest to what we're currently playing in away from home which is simple enough.
Can't help but feel though that there would be a larger majority who would go for the Black Arab design over these other suggestions.
Personally not as big a fan of the quarters in an away shirt, so making a reference to another aspect of our history seems like it would be a good choice and unique to the club as well.
Our recent use of quarters in away shirts hasn't exactly been memorable, and if anything we seem to do better in simple away shirts. What happened to the white away one this season?
