To supplement the award it's worth noting we have picked up our points against decent teams in this league.
Well done DC and management team!

Congratulations DC on your second manager of the month award this season. A superb young manager who has completely transformed the playing side of the club in just a matter of a few months. 4 Years of dreadful decline and decisions turned around by a 36 year old who the majority thought was not worthy of being manager here. Here's hoping come May he will be picking up the manager of the season award.

4 years of dreadful decline summed up by our home defeat to Bath City in the FA Trophy in the month that he picked up the award!
You have to laugh. Please don't bite, but the irony is amusing.
He's doing fine, but Monday will probably determine his future.
No more Walls and Balantas and more Sinclairs and Mansells please.

Why focus on that defeat when the Gatehead, Macclesfield and Torquay wins far outweigh that defeat in a competition which may have been more of a hindrance later in the season? All football managers, even the managers of the top clubs have to taste defeat in their careers and some more embarrassing than to a club in the division below!!

Please don't bite.........
We all remember what WCG was saying last season and the moral high-ground over balanced argument is laughable.
As they say from the sublime to the ridiculous.

Exactly what I was thinking, the cloth heads who are clueless are in the minority thankfully. The'Majority'of Gasheads appreciate what a great job Darrell is doing at a club owned by Coco the clown. Excellent work so far with at least four other conference giants with bigger budgets than Toni's piggy bank full of one's and two's.

Darrell has done a marvellous job so far - on a reduced budget, with the Grim Reaper ready to do his business at the drop of a hat, blokes putting DC Out posters around the training ground, Forum contributors swinging one au then the other - just got on with the job and been brilliant. However it's nowhere near done yet and we have to now kick on over the next few months with more of the same or even better!!
Well done DC!!

We lost 0-2 to Bath and Barnet lost 2-6 to Concord Rangers in the non-league trophy, and yet both are still comfortably the best 2 teams outside of the football league. Well done Darrell, hope there's no curse!

Ha, ha opinion presented as fact always counts for more on this forum. I was in the 'majority', I was unconvinced by Darrell's appointment - I didn't blame him for relegation though - but am happy to admit i've been proved wrong. Well done Darrell.

Well done Darrell. . . . and that is my position exactly pilning, in a nutshell as they say. Mind you it is my own opinion formed by my own thoughts and perceptions, and not influenced by the occasional know-all who loves to ram their opinions down other posters throats, and as others have posted, present their opinions as facts. It's the odd one or two who love to preach at the rest of us from their pew on the moral high ground that make me laugh. Anyway, well done to the manager and his staff. Keep up the excellent work.

Great job DC. Still think he's our man for a couple of seasons after, has a lot of potential as a tactician and man manager. Only needs to work on his transfer acumen but at this stage of his career it's only natural, really

How can he work on his transfers when he hasn't a lot of choice? With our chairman I'm surprised he isn't using half the youth team to save money, think he's done a brilliant job considering at the start of the season they couldn't even pass the ball but now we look a good side
