Obviously the most apparent beard in the team at the moment is Stuart Sinclair but looking at the photos of Nuneaton I noticed we lined up with a huge amount of beards;
Will Puddy, Lee Brown, Tom Parkes, Andy Monkhouse, Stuart Sinclair, Jake Gosling, Matty Taylor & Nathan Blissett.
Is this the most bearded Rovers line-up of all time? Has it helped us to second in the league? Should any new signings have beards? Should we encourage more players to grow them? All pressing issues in the January transfer window I'm sure you'll agree.

Poor Lockyer.
One of the most consistent performers in the team, but the chap hasn't got a hope in hell!

But it appears to be equally important that the beards are mashalled by a clean shaven coaching staff....Roy Keane has no future in sitting on the bench looking angry at Rovers.*
*I am convinced that this is Roy Keane's post-retirement strategy. Some go into the media, some go into management, back in the day many used to run pubs. Keane has decided to carve out a whole new job; staring angrily at people while sat down. I believe it is only a matter of time before he offers his services beyond football to the general public. Don't want anyone sitting around you on the bus...hire Roy Keane to sit behind you looking angry.

I demand evidence, preferably using pie charts This is what we need - scientific evidence rather than something cooked up on the hoof because it supports a half baked theory

Poor Lockyer. One of the most consistent performers in the team, but the chap hasn't got a hope in hell! That's all we need, posts undermining our players because they can't grow a beard. Do you not realise we have a run-in ahead of us? What do you think that does to the player's confidence?
Players do read every scrap of information they can find that's vaguely related to them on the internet you know, and I'm certain they consider the opinion of a few bored blokes that they've never met to be much more important than that of their beard coaches or family.
Think before you post about beards.

But that really raises the obvious question - what on earth is Lockyer's beard coach playing at? That guy's had it easy for far too long. I feel sorry for the lad - he's been let down by those he trusts most. We need to bring in a consultant immediately.

He's barely old enough for a beard - give the lad a break! If he's beard enough, he's old enough. Lockyer has been poor in both areas. I do feel the beard coaching needs stepping up though. Rumours about that Brian Blessed has been released from his coaching role at Sky City for the Hawkmen. Could we get him in?
