Put the pitch forks down gents, LDV & Blissett both been carrying knocks this week, we have a bigger squad packed with plenty of players who could make it into the starting XI. We have our toughest away game of the season on Tuesday, as many on here like to say we are playing a 'pub team' today, that starting XI and the 3 subs who can come on are more than enough to win us the game. The sign of a good team and a good manager is rotating his squad, enjoy the game. You are wrong Westcountry. Somerset Blue and Astafjevs think otherwise . Two good wins inside a week is good enough for the majority of decent Rovers fans.

From BBC Sport . . . '' Nathan Blissett right footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Angelo Balanta.''That isn't what happened. I wouldn't want to speculate what bit it went in off, but it was definitely above the knee. I'll investigate how you take this apparent inaccuracy up with the the BBC, or perhaps you would like to?

First half not great but another team coming for a point with fullbacks that never crossed the halfway line.
Second half much better. Blisset giving Taylor space who ran his balls off again and was superb for both goals
Solid peformance and another win. Up to third. Keep it going

Welling came with a cunning plan. They would give our back four nothing to do. Brown decided to move permanently forward into a wing midfield roll so crowding out Monkhouse. Parkes covered Browns position and he too pushed up along with McChrystal. These two whenever they got the ball were left unchallenged by Welling who knew full well that they would lump it hopefully forward where Welling would regain the ball and could wait for a set piece opportunity where they were quite well versed.

Nathan Blissett's cock has scored more goals for Rovers than a whole heap of players.
Drab first half, brilliant second. Superb subs.

Good result but against a team like Welling we shouldn't expect any other outcome. Let's hope Darryl doesn't piss everyone off now that he has a number of players to select and only a certain amount of positions to fill.
I'm liking Whoopi Goldberg, Max Wall, George Harrison, Matt Taylor (weatherman) and if needed James Blunt. I couldn't think of anyone for Balanta!!!

THAT McChrystal piece of skill in the second half. I can't even explain it to those who were not there. Outrageous.
Big man and Parkes were superb today.

Nathan Blissett's cock has scored more goals for Rovers than a whole heap of players. I predict a few days of blown-up stills and super slo-mo replays where we all heatedly debate whether it came off his cock or balls last.

In the dri build bar again. Will the Wall be deployed, will Balanta get more minutes and Will Luther bang in his first home goal. Up the Gas Yes, yes and yes.
