I used to have a friend in Telford. Although he was at pains to point out it was Horsehay, not Telford

First one of the season for three of us... 9AM train out of BTM so should be a merry one! I worked in Telford for 18 months and stayed in Bridgnorth, Telford is awful and i'd advise everyone going to drink in Wellington, which at least has some pubs unlike the god awful shopping centre. 2nd away game of the season for a group of us, i'm glad they have a roof on the terrace after the joys of FGR. 8am Train, so we'll see you there.

One of our troop work up there occasionally and confirms your report! Wellington it is then...

Please make sure ALL your supporters are aware they need to get off the train at Wellington station, NOT TELFORD CENTRAL. Our ground is roughly a 10 min walk from the station, you can take the bus to the ground (stops right outside ground at White House hotel) or a taxi will be about £3 (that's the minimum fare round here). We don't usually have a police presence but as you travel in numbers I expect there will be a few on hand to give directions, if not then most natives are friendly so just ask. There is a bar and catering in the concourse of your stand. Safe journey guys.

I still think we desperately need a striker/winger, otherwise this good spell wont last, would think DC would see it as more urgent?

If you do happen to get off at Telford Central, simply catch the number 44 bus heading for Wellington. There is a bus station just outside of the station and the bus runs every 10 minutes. This bus will stop just outside of Telford's ground.

Could be the same again this weekend
