Any of the following, away ... (listed in geographical expediency): Spennymoor Town FC (if they win their replay) Shildon FC (as above) Gateshead FC Blyth Spartans AFC UTG

Not the teds thanks very much. There will be trouble and that is something we can't afford to happen with our recent misdemeanours hanging over us.Where the hell would they put our lot if it was at trashton anyway?Any league 2 team at home for me and we will beat them.

Someone beatable but no proper minnows, don't want the potential bad headlines if it all goes Pete Tong. Weston away or Blyth Spartans, East Thurrock or Maidstone home would do nicely.

I'd swap going out of the cup for three points in this god awful league any day!

Gosport Borough please, preferably away. I wouldn't though know what you mean... Success breeds success along with confidence belief and fear from the opposition. Media attention brings crowds and money all which is desperately needed to support any chance of us getting out this league first time. Therefore Ide be happy with the lowest positioned team in the next round so we have chance to progress as I have faith now in this team That they will not cause any embarrassment.

Mainly because a mate of mine plays for them to be honest!

I don't care as long as its someone we can beat - so preferably NOT a League 1 club! My dream is that we get all the way to round 3, then draw a big Premier League Club, lose after a replay and spend the dosh on strengthening the squad. But knowing our luck even if we did get to the third round we'd probably draw Bury or Carlisle away..........

City away, just imagine getting an away win there and how their fans would weep for weeks.

Another non-league club, hopefully at home. I don't want to visit L1/L2 clubs in our current predicament, particularly not any of the localish ones.

City away, just imagine getting an away win there and how their fans would weep for weeks. That's just it ... I can't. I believe they would certainly beat us and that is something we really don't need at this stage of our recovery. The bragging rights would be horrendous and too much for us Gasheads to stomach. Let's bide our time as our day will certainly come again but in the mean time let's pick off some more minnows and enjoy the ride media spotlight and some extra un-budgeted money

At least this would be a chance to wrest some back.

bit a dilemma for me .... you see its my Birthday on Rd 2 Weekend so booked up a hotel in London ... train tickets booked ... plans for Welling Away
so a big payday and defeat wont be the end of the world ... better would be a win over non league side ... weston at home would do ...
as long as we draw a london/essex club away in rd 2!
