oooooh racist well done, I know plenty about your neighborhood I drive through it numerous times each week as I have done for the last 10 years. Plenty of women in burkas,Somali women taking their tribes to disrupt the primary schools and make life as difficult as possible for the teachers, blokes walking the streets wearing white pjs and dresses. Post edited by OxonGas. No need to get personal! (Just for the record, I still have family living next to THAT street! a street that means a lot to me.) funny thing is the more you post, the more you show your ignorance and stupidity, its almost funny

I deleted them dude....you see, I was worried partly that I could have got banned as I had a few people calling for it and you know how it can be these days...even if you disagree with the consensus you can get in trouble. I didn't think I was being racist but quite a few people said I was and I struggle to understand these days what's racist and what isn't. I alwAys thought believing in superiority of ones race is racism but the scope has widened to meet a lot of other things too....with the media spotlight I had visions of it going on Twitter and becoming a villain of sorts. Plus, I was a little provocative about it all and I would rather debate on an even keel and not throwing insults around in the heat of the moment. I said I wouldn't bow to social pressure and that's exactly what I did -shame on me. Cowardly I know. I stand by the majority of what I said but as I corrected myself after, I got some of it wrong or out of proportion. Also I'm through with tribal left right stuff and it was all getting a bit yah boo and I'd rather seek agreement and consensus rather than name calling (which I was also guilty of, not just 1973) We can all post provocatively when our blood is hot, I onow I have. It's testament to you that you recognised it and made ammends. I'd say FairPlay on your swift action mate. Don't feel bad, everyone of us can do and say things we regret, in the heat of the moment. Thanks kp, appreciate it. You offered me a pint on the old forum and I feel even more like taking up that offer now. We sparred many a time, you know who I am!

My local is the royal archer, shirley Gallagher is the landlord. If you ever are this way let me know or I can get the Mrs to drop me to your local. One of the best things about the FFSC is the meeting up with posters and especially those we have had argument with. It becomes much harder to go in the attack when you get to know the poster. We should all make an effort to meet at times. I reckon it would make for less antagonistic stuff. I know how this must sound coming from me lol Oh the irony

(Rovers2 or Northville Blue would know.) I don't whether it was a success (if it did happen), because I didn't go. I've met quite a few posters who've used the different forums over the past 15 years( ) at various games.

I've met a few now either just one at a time or in groups. It just makes for a much more pleasant experience but I also know there are some that would never be prepared to do this, it's a shame. I really enjoy hearing from those older than me and listening to the history they have. I do possess the ability to not talk at all in such company, I find the history fascinating.

In the dim distant past of the original OF posters used to meet regularly in the stadium bar before matches. Was a great atmosphere and made being on the forum much more enjoyable.

Thanks buddy, I have had a bit of an epiphany of late. I am looking to just get on with my life, trying not to inflame unnecessarily and hope others will allow me the grace of not judging just by forum posts. I very much appreciate the kind comment
