Okay you got your views which I respect I got mine. However: I believe Sainsburys will use every delay in the book to drag this out. Even if we did get extended hours or approval on outstanding issues. I don:t see any spirit of co-operation from Sainsburys in releasing funds and giving up.
Therefore: it will have an impact on the UWE site and they must make a decision on alternative plans. Student numbers are up and other projects are being considered. However: if you think things will be resolved in months and a new stadium will start in the new year. Then I will visit this new ground start and you can pour egg over my face.
Sainsbury:s know the game and know our pressures to proceed. They will delay and delay until comp will have to be agreed.

Were there not 2 more onerous conditions which Sainsbury have up their sleeves though?? By the way, the other two onerous conditions have been conceded and cannot be resurrected.
