I'm trying to find out if Turley played last night ? No, rumour is his arm has gone again. Either that or he was scared.

Keith Brookman said on Radio Bristol last night that Turley didnt just break his arm. Apparently he shattered it so not a simple recovery like a broken arm would be.

Back to Manse, lovely gesture.
I was trying to get the players over to have some hi-5's and hugs from supporters. They deserved it last night, big performance and I think that's the first time they've properly seen what we can be like.

They saw the start of it at the end of the Lincoln game but last night was an away version of the support the team got when we drew with 9 men against Johnson's Yeovil.

What a nice touch for Mr Mansell to give his captain's armband to a young gashead at the end of the game. to be honest there were virtually no negatives last night, except Parkes' dreadful and unnecessary pass. so many positives, on and off the pitch.

Who cares, they can talk themselves up. It's cute, pathetic wee ground for what they're paying on wages. They're having a lovely time at the moment but it'll pop.

What a nice touch for Mr Mansell to give his captain's armband to a young gashead at the end of the game. It's the small things like that which make the experience of going to football and supporting the gas worthwhile. Great gesture.

I'd love to hear one single reason why last night was a cup final for US! Pahaha you couldn't make it up!

I'd love to hear one single reason why last night was a cup final for US! Pahaha you couldn't make it up! I've been thinking exactly the same, and annoyingly can't come up with an answer. Delusions of grandeur is the best that I can think of, but that really doesn't do justice to some of the Eastleigh supporters smugness.

Noticed one comment on their forum, "says it all when their fans celebrate how they did after getting a draw against us!"
I think that sums it up nicely on levels of smugness! For me it wasn't ever anything to do with the opposition, but the fact we battled hard, overcame a deficit even with a man less on the pitch and we have extended our run to only 1 loss in ten games with only two draws!
Loving that dudeeeeee!!

Mansell is one of the best captains we have had in years at the club and a great professional.

I noticed that Darrell came well over half the pitch too to applaud us, well done DC.

What a nice touch for Mr Mansell to give his captain's armband to a young gashead at the end of the game. How dare he do that and waste money. Mr Watola now has to fork out for a replacement, and no-one told Steve Yates so he is still at Eastleigh looking for it to mark off his kit list.
