BBC Lincolnshire commentator says "Rovers manager looks like a rabbit staring at a cars headlights" and also comment about how scared all Rovers bench staff look. That shouldn't be the case for any team managers and staff. Doesn't sound like theres a lot of confidence from manager down!!!!
