My boy has tried and succeeded the Rick Buckler aspect of this song, his finest Jam performance. As a sad 55 year old, finger tapping in the kitchen whilst waiting for the kettle to boil - THAT - is exactly what I endeavour to tap out. Watched a recorded Jam concert from Germany on Sky Arts. Brilliant. Then saw some footage of Rick Butler interviewed. Crikey. He has aged. We probably all have over the last 40 years. 40 (forty).

He was interviewed on 1981 the other day, a real machine gunner.

a recent listen from 6music, though some of their stuff is rather "different" sort of 60's 70's feeling

Jo Jo Rabbit, is such a good film. The David Bowie ending, was inspired. See it!!

Lyla by Oasis
A start that blatantly rips off Street Fighting Man by The Rolling Stones but a great come back from the Gallaghers after nearly 3 years.
This album is their poorest IMO with too many ordinary tracks, yet the singles were top drawer.

Fine choice Sir. Nina Hagen. Famous for supporting Union Berlin, and releasing "Eisern Union" as the official Club anthem in 1998. And the balloons.
