Yes, it is. Him and the rest of the board. The manager is clueless but is probably doing the best he can. The squad is by far the worst ever to repsent Rovers, but nobody doubts that they are doing their best. This is the result of inept management from a man who inherited a L1 club that had just made a massive profit. |
