Have to agree with you on this Westcountry. The loan market opens next week and with two games wedged inbetween (and players away with country) we will have a better idea as to what we need to do with the squad loan wise. We were never going to pay a fee before today so I have no idea why some people are frothing at the mouth...Because our Manager said Quote "He said: “I would like to add one today, whether it be a loan or a permanent." on the club official web site “I would like to add one today, whether it be a loan or a permanent." Key words. He never said "I will". The loan window is open till the 25th of November (we have room for three more I believe). We can also sign players on a free transfer (like Turley) if they currently have no club. I believe we can also sign any of our existing loan players on permanents if we want to go down that route to free up loan space. Apologies if any of the above is wrong. I don't think it is though. I see no reason to worry at this moment in time as the loan window opens next week.

Where is the money going to come from for these permanent signings? Any transfer business will be a loan or free agent. Shame some adults still can't work that out. Isn't deadline day also the last day for loans beyond a 93 day period ie until January or season long. Next week a loan can only be max 93 days. PS do different rules apply to non league?
I don't know.
I'll just go and ask my 7-year-old Granddaughter ... I don't have a 7-year-old nephew.
