If I was him I’d be out of here like a shot. A footballers career is extremely short and undoubtedly he should be playing championship football which he has a snowballs chance in hell of experiencing here.

Can’t argue with that.

But his family is in North West perhaps he may wait to see if Bolton Wanderers get promoted?

But his family is in North West perhaps he may wait to see if Bolton Wanderers get promoted? Probably Harry. I would expect quite a few offers to come in for him. The best we may get is he signs the new contract he’s been offered but there will undoubtedly be a release clause. It depends entirely on what he wants to achieve as the sands of time slip by. He should, in my view, be at a championship club next season not wasting his time here.

£600,000?
Hope he stays.

I imagine £10,000 a week at Pompey, would ease any homesickness for the north west.

I'd take £500k with a 25% sell on clause.

League One champions interested in Antony Evans with Bristol Rovers star yet to commit future..by Daniel Hargraves.i2-prod.bristolpost.co.uk/incoming/article9263380.ece/ALTERNATES/s1176b/0_3533480.jpgLeague One champions Portsmouth are reportedly interested in signing Antony Evans from Bristol Rovers, according to the Portsmouth News. John Mousinho's side will be playing Championship football for the first time in 12 years next season after an excellent campaign in the third tier and it appears as though they're keen to make Rovers' Player of the Season one of their first signings back in the second tier. The expectation was always that there would be external interest in Evans over the course of this summer on the back of an outstanding campaign for the Gas which saw the playmaker score 10 goals and assist nine in 52 appearances. Matt Taylor confirmed earlier this week that offers have been made to their star player given that he'll enter the final 12 months of his current contract at Rovers this summer but nothing has been signed. One of those goals came against Pompey in the Gas' 2-1 Boxing Day win over the League One winners, a precise free-kick which demonstrated the midfielder's quality from set-pieces. Taylor will be well aware that if it becomes evident that Evans will not be putting pen to paper on a new deal in BS7 a decision will have to be made as to whether they take a fee now or keep the 25-year-old at the Mem for another season before allowing him to depart for nothing. A valuation of the midfielder is currently unknown and Portsmouth are seemingly yet to make an opening bid but the former Everton youth player has proven himself to be one of the best in his position in the third tier and Rovers will have every right to command an eye-catching figure for their Player of the Season.

Let's be honest, our owners are exhibiting little in the way of Championship ambitions for next season so who could blame him?
He was undoubtedly my player of the season and would leave an enormous gap in our midfield, team, and on-field leadership so we need to hold onto him at all costs.

I certainly hope he stays jeff, for all AE qualities. In the scenario eg Pompey do buy him, then our middle midfield area still would'nt look too shabby, especially if Jordan Rossitter signs. £500,000 to £600,000 could go along way to strengthening our striker and defence areas. As said,I certainly hope AE stays, but if he leaves then it does'nt have to be a complete disaster.

If we receive a fee for Evans then I hope it doesn’t effect the demands of other players who have been offered contracts by the club.
I’d definitely cash in.
There are plenty of players out there in this industry

Seems I am the only one to tell him so via social media. His response was telling. He attacked about my sickness and accused me of begging and basically called me a beggar and questioned why I am still alive Talk about showing his true self Such a nice guy though eh

WAQ and him picking the new mob That's appalling. What did he say exactly? I guess if it's in the public domain, no problem with sharing that on here KP.

There aren't too many of those in L1

Are you able to provide screenshots of his response? It’s quite simple to look at the post and see the responses and I am way past rationalising what is going on with me..personally, I would never say or write anything like that but there we are. No one will ever understand until they are sat in a chemo suite and feel that total isolation, fear and not being in control. I do not feel any need to rationalise it, not to him and especially in the manner in which he replied. If you really wish not to have instagram installed then I could screenshot but send via PM as I do not wish to go through going public, again. The first time was hard enough. www.instagram.com/reel/C6qSDL6IedX/?igsh=MWE5bm13NmVhd2QxMQ==

Let’s put this one to bed then my initial comment was “ man child, trying to take all of the plaudits- SMH ( this means shakes my head btw) his reply Damn right and well deserved bitter man. I did not fall for your mercy beg eh Jules. Terminal Illness still going strong I see How is the begging going ? I did reply but in saying that I am still here thanks to the generosity of others, that I have been humbled and am still having immontherapy and that I give all thanks to Jesus that I am still here, I have been humbled but feel very blessed to be here so much for WAEL. A lovely man
