Quick turn around, but welcome to January's point prediction accumulator.
A few things to consider as a guide for you novices:
A new manager bounce? Will it continue into a new month and calender year?
Transfer window ins and/or outs? Impact on the team and squad?
Potential FA cup 4th round inclusion would rule out the last league match in January.
Maybe some weather postponements?
Who knows who'll be celebrating Wasailling or Burn's night a little too much or any other unforeseen hiccups(?) but what we know for fact is, we have a new coach (shhhhhheeeeee) in that MT is very happy with, so it's up to you to put these permutations in the grand old tumble dryer of Tombolas and pick out how many points accrued for January?
Monday 1st January LEAGUE ONE Wycombe Wanderers 3 15:00 Bristol Rovers 2
Saturday 13th January LEAGUE ONE Barnsley 2 15:00 Bristol Rovers 1
Saturday 20th January LEAGUE ONE Bristol Rovers 1 15:00 Blackpool 2
Tuesday 23rd January LEAGUE ONE Bristol Rovers 0 19:45 Exeter City 1
Saturday 27th January LEAGUE ONE Bristol Rovers 3 15:00 Oxford Utd 1
A virtual Capricorn to the winner(s) closest...👍 A virtual Capricorn One actor to the loser(s) 👎

Two away (either side of an away cup tie) before two at home. Six from me. Probably two wins and two losses, althought I'd rather one win and three draws. The cup toe's important to me, and should share priority.

I'll go 9. Not so much new manager bounce as the team playing well and MT finally putting round pegs (players) in round holes (positions). But I’d be happy with 7/8 as well.
UTG!

6 from me. I hope we get a lot more though. From five league games, three of which are at home?!

Rovers have a tendency to blow hot & cold, we have had some hot blowing over Christmas (ho ho). I hope I am wrong, but i fear the cold winds of a dip in form may start a blowin’ in the New Year.

Yes, I see your point, and perhaps our recent form is a bit too good to maintain just yet, and a correction is to be expected. I really do fancy us to get nine points from three home and two away, though, and I would be delighted by that.

I do hope so!..Keeping both our high energy wingback’s finely tuned and injury free will help the cause.

Well, as may be expected.
I'm going for 15 - FIFTEEN.
And why not? After December, I shall never be accused of underestimation again. The January to end all Januaries' On team's way to even more sandblasting Febs, Mars, Aprs, Mays.
God bless all who sail in her.

I’d forgotten the Exeter h match as well. Strange as I have a ticket from the original match and will be there. Can I update to 10 points o2? UTG!

I'll go with 8 points.
There will be the odd match where we have an unlucky sending off or score an OG which will go against the run of play.
