Exeter City Home match now rearranged for Tues 23 Jan at 745pm.
Matt Taylor hopefully will have sorted our defence out by bringing Belshaw back from Stale Vince mob off loaded a few players and most importantly brought in JCH from Peterborough and hopefully Exeter City will still be struggling to win.
Plus the 3150 South stand will be fully open and we will be through to the fourth round of the fa cup !

I see Max Alleyne (Mark's son) was on the bench for Man City in Champions League last night.
Central defender. Was in Southampton's Academy. Joined Man City in 2021 for £1.5M. Turned 18 last July... Perhaps he'd like to come home to Bristol and join us on loan in January?
And/or if it's another striker we're after, how about JCH's former Peterborough team-mate Joe Taylor, who is currently doing well at Colchester, on loan from Luton Town...

I'm not dead yet...pet scan booked at southmead hospital on Saturday which will determine my fate. Cancer is a difficult thing to live with I can assure you and you concern yourself with trivia and lack of commas ...pretty much sums you up. I hope you think about what you say its shocking wishing someone dead.

Meanwhile back to the thread, not long to wait for Matt Taylor to play against his old club. Wait for one Exeter fixture and two come along at once.

Of course I don't wish you dead, Mike; I wish you the very best with your treatment. And enjoy life, mate: don't waste it getting aggressive with a duck you met on the internet. What do you think about our January fixture congestion?

What do you think about our January fixture congestion? Fair enough I won't say anymore but disagree about myself becoming aggressive. Moving on its a very difficult time for me personally and our club. Inevitably our frankly unexpected fa cup progress coupled with the impact of international breaks has caught up with us and many other clubs. We have once all fit a pretty large squad and now Belshaw is back and possibly Clarke Jones Connolly and Greenslade returning plenty of players for new manager to look at. With another international break in March we will no doubt have to fit in yet another mid week fixture. I personally prefer Saturday afternoon matches and personally not keen on all these mid week matches.

Personally don't think the Belshaw recall is step forward,Cox needs to improve his distribution somewhat, but overall a better keeper than returning one,as for this infatuation with JCH.. can't be overly match fit and therefore I would predict ( IF he came here) one game in..torn hammy' and out for 4 games, stuck with Collins and co,they will come good.

Fair enough I won't say anymore but disagree about myself becoming aggressive. Moving on its a very difficult time for me personally and our club. Oh I see. Clearly I mistook 'Shuffler ...shove it up your a**** sideways you will enjoy it' as aggressive: I realise now you meant this in a flirtatious way. I do sympathise with your difficult time, but I feel more optimistic than you about Rovers. I am much relieved by the Al Saeed takeover from Walter Al Qadi, and especially the removal of the last manager. With a new stand and an apparently perfectly decent human as manager, I feel full of hope for Rovers now.

Never mind, Mike. I've attempted fraternal conversation, and made allowances for your age and infirmity, but if you don't want to simmer down and converse in good faith, well I'm not the duck to make you. Good night, you mad old man.
