A continuous false statement Nobby, I wish you would stop it. I indeed supported protest against an Act (now passed) of Parliament which restricts our right to assemble and gives the police Draconian powers to arrest. I have never supported the violence that occurred and for which perpetrators have been imprisoned. You know that so please stop spreading false stories. In any event that has nothing to do with advocating of vigilante violence being made here, which you are strangely silent about. Why is it 'strange' that I say nothing about it? Please explain. We don't know each as far as I am aware. Although we may disagree, sometimes vehemently, I suspect you to would not support vigilante violence. If, god forbid, anything terrible should happen to you and yours, you wouldn't find me wagging a finger if you "reacted". But thats entirely different from what has been proposed on this thread.

Oh Les, you are awful, but i like you.... Les, if there was anybody i would like in the trenches with me it would be you, me old cocker... Oh, Les, you still have not answered the question of how you would react if a perpetrator killed your beloved kin, go on Les, show us you are a human being... Les, all these smoke-screens you do put up are just an avoidance of you hiding behind a keyboard and not showing us some emotive reaction to the question... Les, it's stopped raining now, i am heading out in the garden to listen to the test on TMS, whilst enjoying a cuppa and a hobnob... Bye Les, have a nice day...... BT The Dick Emery impressions make you silly. To your question. There is a world of difference in emotive responses between those that have suffered and those that have called for vigilante violence. Fortunately I have not suffered from any such thing so I cannot in all honesty answer the question. But I do know that I would never call for vigilante violence. Oh Les, yet another smoke-screen response, which quite frankly makes you look silly and pathetic too.... Les, it was a hypothetical question as of course you knew that, again you have failed to answer a simple question how you would feel... Les, we all love our mothers dearly, of course we do, what feelings would you have if you knew the perpetrator of her violent and heinous murder...? Les, go on give it a go, show us a human retort to what would make all of our bloods boil with an emotion called anger.... Les, the back garden is very blustery at the minute, might have to come in-doors to continue my enjoyment of the brilliant TMS... Les, bye for now, have a wonderful rest of your day...

Emmm I am beginning to think I was right all along. You are a BOT, stuck on repeat and incapable of human interaction. Best you revert back to copy and paste and zero comment.

My dearest Les, you cannot have it both ways, you have hounded, insulted and bullied for opinions to go with copy and paste items, Les make your mind up... Les, your smoke-screen continues in a most arrogant and robotic manner, i know Les, let's have some human interaction from YOU like has been asked often... Les, if your 5 grand-children, 2 at pre school, 1 in high school and 2 who are at University, were wiped out by a gun-tooting maniac(s) in the USA, how would you feel..? Les, these people who are very close to your heart would be killed in seconds, the police catch the perpetrator(s) and hold them, how would you feel Les...? Les, no smoke-screens, just raw emotion, go on Les, let it go and show us all that you have trolled in the past that you are in fact just a simple human being.... Les, it's tea at the cricket, just having a couple of crumpets with butter... Les, have a superb rest of your day...

Two women were in court today in the Monkey torture case, one a big fat ugly thing apparently also hates pregnant women and children !
Both were given conditional bail until their next court appearance on June 5th,the conditions of their bail are that they must not be allowed to be unsupervised with animals or children surely remanded in custody would be more suitable ?
Their addresses have been made public.

Woman admits uploading monkey torture videos with 'elements of sadism'...By James Cartledge & Matthew Cooper, PA.
i2-prod.birminghammail.co.uk/news/uk-news/article29125223.ece/ALTERNATES/s810/1_holly-legresley-leaving-court-matthew-cooperpa.jpg Holly LeGresley, 37 and from Kidderminster, leaving courtA woman has pleaded guilty to charges of online monkey cruelty after a global probe revealed she uploaded 22 images and 132 videos depicting the torture of the primates. Holly LeGresley was told she could be jailed when she is sentenced next month after she admitted publishing obscene articles and intentionally encouraging animal cruelty at Worcester Magistrates' Court. The 37-year-old, from Kidderminster, shielded her face with a surgical mask as she left the court today, Tuesday, May 7th. Prosecutors argued the case should be sent to Worcester Crown Court for sentencing due to the limited powers available to magistrates. Angla Hallan, prosecuting, told the court the complexity of the case, legally and factually, made it inappropriate for a magistrates' court handling. The details of the case were not put forward in court but Ms Hallan said they involved elements of "sadism and high harm". West Mercia Police brought charges against LeGresley after being alerted by the national wildlife crime unit. Adriana Orme, 55, from Ryall, also in Worcestershire, is co-accused in the case but has yet to enter a plea. The court heard the women had "not carried out monkey torture themselves". Ms Hallan told the court both women were charged after being identified as having been part of online chat groups, after the BBC had been involved in “exposing the trade". Orme is alleged to have published an obscene article by uploading one image and 26 videos of monkey torture between April 14th and the June 16th 2022, and to have encouraged or assisted the commission of unnecessary suffering by making a £10 payment to a PayPal account on April 26th 2022. i2-prod.birminghammail.co.uk/news/uk-news/article29125224.ece/ALTERNATES/s1200e/0_holly-legresley-leaving-court-pa.pngLeGresley, who left court without comment, admitted uploading images of monkey torture between March 25th and May 8th 2022, and made a payment of £17.24 to a PayPal account to encourage cruelty on April 25th of the same year. Specifics of the BBC's undercover operation were not disclosed in court but a BBC Eye investigation last year led to at least 20 individuals being investigated worldwide. The investigation brought to light a global monkey torture network, where a private online group paid individuals in Indonesia to abuse and kill baby monkeys for video content. According to the BBC, LeGresley, known online as "The Immolator", conducted a poll among the group's members to decide on the method of torture to be used on a young monkey. Orme's case was moved to Crown Court, with a directive to appear on June 5th. LeGresley is set to be sentenced at the higher court on June 7th. Both defendants were granted conditional bail and ordered not to have unsupervised contact with any animal or child.

Man, 56, to appear in court after corpses of 10 rare tortoises worth up to £10,000 each were found dumped in woods..by Iwan Stone.i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2024/05/28/12/80239677-0-Three_of_the_dead_tortoises_No_explanation_was_given_for_the_ani-a-10_1716895295585.jpgHe has been accused of two counts - one for dropping litter and a second of failing to care for the animals. He will face charges under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990. One charge states: 'Between 29th December 2023 and 2nd January 2024 at Exeter in the county of Devon threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely ten deceased Aldabra tortoises and left it in East Devon. The second charge states: 'Between 23rd and 29th December 2023 at Exeter in the county of Devon did not take such steps as were reasonable in all the circumstances to ensure that the needs of an animal for which you were responsible, namely ten Aldabra tortoises, were met to the extent required by good practice in that due to not checking on the daily welfare and heating system relating to their care which failed and led to the animals' death. Devon and Cornwall Police has been working with the National Wildlife Crime Unit and the RSPCA on the investigation. The RSPCA revealed that the tortoises were found with their legs spread back against their shells and their heads outstretched and limp. i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2024/05/28/12/80239679-0-Two_of_the_victims_People_are_shocked_and_devastated_Hayley_Belw-a-14_1716895390066.jpgAlthough there are an estimated 400,000 pet tortoises of all species in the UK, the Aldabra is rare, with only some 400 thought to live in Europe. Keepers should typically have an inside pen kept at a constant 32c, complete with UV lighting — both mercury lamps and UVB fluorescent tubes — which provide Vitamin D, as well as a 'fogging system' to keep humidity at roughly 60 per cent. But Aldabras also need plenty of outdoor space, ideally with a pool of water — they are excellent swimmers and can hold their breath for up to half an hour. i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2024/05/28/12/80240017-0-Were_the_Ashclyst_Seven_simply_too_expensive_to_be_kept_alive_an-a-12_1716895365838.jpgIt is the exotic nature of these majestic creatures that has captured the imagination of the local community. Hayley Belworthy owns an equestrian centre at Newhall Farm, bordering the forest to the west. She first heard about the gruesome discovery on a community Facebook group. 'People are shocked and devastated,' she said in February. 'We're a close-knit community so when something like this happens, it's just horrific.' One of Ms Belworthy's grooms, Tess, who keeps two horses at the centre and commutes the short drive from Exeter, is equally affected. 'I've had horses here for the past 20 years. Everyone is friendly and happy. Everybody helps each other out. It's like a village here, so we're all upset. 'And because we don't know what's happened, it makes it worse. I think it will make people wary to go into the woods. 'But we'll carry on: we don't have a choice. We'll all be keeping an eye open, though.' Anya Honey, a professional dog-walker who frequently takes her canine charges to the forest, described the discovery as 'deeply disturbing and upsetting'. She added: 'I only wish I had been here at the time: perhaps I could have saved these beautiful creatures.' Many in the community — which stretches from Cullompton to the north down to Exeter in the south — echo a strong sense that things like this simply don't happen here. Henry Massey, chairman of Broadclyst Parish Council, told the Mail: 'This is an area of very little crime. The worst we usually get is dogs off leads attacking sheep. It's clearly upsetting that this happened in what is otherwise a happy, quiet parish. But that might be exactly why it was used.' P.S..UPDATE LATEST:
A Man has been sentenced to a 12-month community order of 50 hours of unpaid work, banned from keeping tortoises for 10 years after failing to properly look after and later dumping 10 Aldabra tortoises which died in his care. Priddle also had to pay costs and a £199 surcharge... Gary Priddle (56), of Grecian Way, Exeter, pleaded guilty to one charge under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and one under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 when he appeared before Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 30th.

Don't hear too much about sadistic crime. Do we? I mean it was all about watching these monkeys be tortured. I think the sentences lenient.
