I cannot see how the answer is to use a synthetic drug as opposed to eating healthier and exercising a bit. I agree, its such a simple problem but this is how society is now, the other thing about exercise is that itΒ makes your mental health better and gives you a positive outlook, personally I would recommend half an hours exercise before the working day starts. Believe me, the people I was referring to previously would love to, but their working day doesn't end.

Today I was in Aldi and a huge obese woman was pushing a trolley towards me,I had a quick look at the shopping she had, nothing healthy,no chicken, fish, fresh or frozen veg, it was biscuits, cakes, crisps, black pudding,sausages...probably just a snack.
People used to walk or ride a bike to work, now they drive or maybe work from home, housewives walked to the shops daily with a shopping basket or trolley now they drive or get the shopping delivered, so people burn off less calories but they eat more food, they eat less veg and more sugar rich food...the result is obesity.

You only have to go past any school at start/finish times. Few kids seem to walk to school these days.

Sugar. It's sugar.
Cut out obvious sugar eg sweets and less obvious sugar in eg bread and with a bit of exercise eg walking to the shops or school and then you'll lose weight.
Once a dieter has reached their targeted weight, well a little bit of fancy won't hurt you.

I was thinking about role models for exercise and fitness, not professional sports men/women because they train every day and thats unrealistic for most people, same as fitness instructors they might take (and do) 6 classes a day. Who then ? I might get some stick for this but I think that someone like Kenneth Noye, older bloke, keeps fit, obviously eats sensibly and works out,in his 70s now and still looks pretty fit.

Picture all over the internet of a Rovers supporter at Huddersfield pulling his shirt up and showing his gut off,I think its the same bloke that I have seen by the Bulldog. Loads of comments from fans of other clubs about what a lardy he is but tbh everywhere I have been to football in the last 20 years (at least) it looks like 25% to 50% of the crowd are obese. I find it odd that so many football fans are massive but maybe its because people who watch sport generally dont do any sort of fitness themselves,I really dont get it...and then they wear a replica players shirt in 4xl...
