I am sure I was one of many who used the park and ride, and also one of many that decided to walk as it was quicker than waiting for the coach. I took the short cut as I know the area and was surprised when someone wearing a Rovers club tie stopped and offered me a lift. I knew straight away who it was, it was Brian. He did not have to stop but did and offered me a lift to the park and ride. A public thank you to Brian, who at times has received criticism on forums connected to Rovers but today was a true gent whose kindness does not go un- noticed. We are too quick to criticise at times so when someone does a simple thing like this it is appreciated. Also nice to know I used my vote correctly lol

I spoke to him at The Mem last season, he was then as much a gent & Gashead as you have spoken about today. Like you say, a real & proper Gashead.

Brian receives a lot of criticism for what he does for our club, rightly or wrongly that's not for debate here.
He came up to me after the game and shook my hand and called me by my first name. The guy is a gent.
(Never offered me a lift back to the park and ride though)

Agreed, all good for a change. Not really I nearly shunted his rear end when he stopped. Pulled up sharp without any warning he did, knee jerk reaction I reckon and not what you expect from a director of BRFC let alone a fans director. If Ken Masters had been at the wheel he'd have wound his window down and flapped his arms slowly up and down to show he was reducing speed but not our Brian. There could have been carnage if it wasn't for my quick reactions. Thank you for the happy hour and TV sets but I'm voting for Rod Wesson

You wouldn't have run into Ken Masters. Ken would have been in his Zil in the Zil Lane built especially from Horfield to Nailsworth travelling with the rest of the Politburo, sorry Board. At least BSS is a man of the people.

Well done, Mr Seymour Smith.
If I'd been eligible to vote in this election, this would have swung it for me.

What car did he have? What colour was it? What radio station/CD was he listening to?
I eagerly await your response.

The Mayan Skull penetrated Brian's mind and told him to carry out a good dead to his fellow travellers. This was not the doing of Brian, but the skull. You need to get real.
