Ah come on Dave, they're one of the fine branches at the end of a neuron, by which it makes contact either with another neuron or with a muscle or gland cell. You knew that, you old curmudgeon you. #UTFG #VivaEspana I did know all of that, Grant. It was covered in my first year at Bristol Medical School - University of Bristol 😬 Did you know that an old (female) curmudgeon is called a termagant. #UpTheROVERS #VivaEspana
I'd be telling fibs by saying "yes" brother! Every day is a school day, thankfully. Onwards and upwards and UTFG. 🏴☠️ And of course: UpTheROVERS #VivaEspana

I would tell a chemistry joke, but I know I would'nt get a reaction. Did you hear about the shop steward, who went for a job interview in a chemical factory? He was asked, "What`s nitrate?". He said, "Double time, or a day off in lieu."

Jeez. Incredible. Note to self. MUST remember to insert the word "joke" in parenthesis after posting a bit of banter to avoid upsetting sensitive members on the Forum. (joke). You can’t ban yourself from the forum can you?

Pretty sure I've responded to you about bringing up that comment. Do I have to again? Anyway, let's get the old stopwatch out to see when Father Jack hits the "like" button. (joke). Doubt it comrade. He's away having loads of fun on holiday. 👍🏴☠️🥂 Well I hope Father Jack has a super time and you enjoy the football this afternoon. No chance of any lightening.

I remember it like yesterday. The best two goals Elliot Richards scored that he never scored. It was a bright day, sunshine, blue sky. Literally not a cloud in sight in the 1st half. Saw a very dark grey round cloud on the horizon at HT and said to my son, "looks like a shower coming". Cue a monsoon. The water didn't drain. One man and a fork very half-heartedly prodded the soil. There was absolutely no chance of further lightening strikes. The storm passed pretty quickly. Wycombe made no attempt to clear the excess water. They cheated to get match abandoned (by their own safety officer). "However the health and safety officer decided that the lightening posed too much of a danger for fans and players alike and the game was abandoned." LIE. My mate Watford Dave was at Vicarage Road just south of Wycombe. Not a drop of rain. OK - it was 10 years ago. But I still bare a grudge against Lightening Cheats FC. I mean if you're going to bare a grudge - you have to do it properly. The irony being is that the standard we were in was was, basically, a faraday (sp) cage so, no way would we have been hurt even if here was lightening

I don't think so old boy. It was probably one of the others. There are plenty of others 😉 Anyhow, enjoy the game on Saturday . . . (joke) #ScreenshotsRUs#UpTheROVERSI think so. Passionate support for the Club brings out strong emotions, and long may that continue. I hope I have learnt to express myself a little more articulately since then. For the record, and on reflection, I do think Wael is a decent man. The problem is the Board". I am indeed looking forward to Cannons Wood vs Benfleet. You enjoy your Saturday.

Maybe too much to get an apology. I really do not understand all of the digs. Makes some look petty and small minded
