Hmm,I know the match statistics strongly favoured Hartlepool at Scunthorpe last week, all except the goals,it was a draw. Worth bearing in mind. Having said that I actually think we are capable of dishing out a thorough beating to the Iron. A 7 0 is not out of the question. Wear them down,"pass them to death" (Eclectic Blue) ,create chances and hope all concerned have their goal scoring boots on. Aaron Collins is adding a 'sniffer' quality to his game.Great strikers like Allan Clark and Gary Lineker eg did very well from making sure they were in the area, infront of of the goal,waiting for tap ins and second balls. I will not be surprised to see Aaron bag another hattrick (+!) today. In the scenario Joe goes for a 'straight swap' for Paul Coutts, then Glen will I'm sure do a good job.He'll defend,tackle and on the ball often enough give it to Billy and Anthony Evans.Then off we go! The sun has got it's hat on,even if we lose 10 0 we're in the play offs,it's a lovely Rovers day. The roar of Gasheads will act as the teams signal to charge. Come on Rovers! Quick update from the bookies. Rovers win tightened from 1-6 yesterday to 1-9.
Value might be in Rovers to win by 3 goals or more at 6-5.
Odds on Rovers wining by 6-0 (25-1), 7-0 (50-1) and 8-0 (150-1) not surprisingly a lot tighter than they would have been earlier in the season...
