In the scenario the victims in this case had been black,what's the odds you would of already made a virtue signalling speech,whilst opening a £15 bottle of red.

That's why I bring this up.

We can't sadly change the past actions of the people that lived in this City and around the world before us, but what we can do is make sure these actions don't happen again out of respect for those that were lost back then.

Not really what about the Rotherham and Rochdale case's a few years ago when nothing was reported about thousands of UK girls getting raped! But it came out later that there was a cover up as the police were scared of being classed as racist at the time! In fact,there was a case of somalian men gang raping girls here in Easton and only a one page spread was done on it here in the very city's own local media.

Ive got no doubt there are bent coppers out there, but for every bad one there are in employment that there is a good one doing their job. Fact is as I read about, and I have heard interviews about how the good one's have been bullied into not tackling the issues above as most are commimitted by men of colour and don't want any backlash as they know that they would be hung out to dry if they did.
