Under new guidelines the FA have warned EFL Clubs that failure to pay players as per contract could result in points deductions, Cubs are requested to " self report" if they have failed to make payments two days later than the stated date, continual failure will result in the non allowance of signing / registering new players ,and then possible repeat points deduction if the situation continues..
