Big thankyou from me, I think we would still be a league club if the Dunford family were still running the show. Geoff said the same to a redundant employee. Not sure that it was guaranteed though and he was on the board during the the run in to relegation.

Could all the "Say-It-To-My-Facers" please form an orderly queue in the FGR car park behind Danny Coles. Thank you.

Not sure that it was guaranteed though and he was on the board during the the run in to relegation. Geoff is very fond of banging on about Lambert but he seems to have erased 2002 from his memory. We could have easily gone down a number of times around that period. Not so fond of talking about that. As he said once during a twitter exchange, he left Ron Craig with a promotion winning team. That's not to say that he didn't do some good things or have some good qualities, he certainly wasn't the worst chairman in the world, you only need to look at Nick Higgs. But, overall his legacy will be tarnished by some of the not so good things he did. I really do wonder where we would be today if only he was more inclusive and willing to take criticism on board and be less petty, arrogant and paranoid. The seeds were sown long before Higgs arrived, however much Dunford may think otherwise.
