Could the Xmas party be the " final nail" for Boris? AND the Tories...Amazing how someone who had attended this has revealed the scene some 12 months down the line, obviously been upset within the house, He ( Boris ) can't deny it happened, just said it was within Gov't guidelines 🤔.. I think jo public may just have had enough of him...doing his best to give Labour a chance at Government!! I don't think anybody gives a toss about an alleged party held 12 months ago. It is a total non-story. There are far more serious issues Labour should be attacking. If this is the best they can come up with then they really are totally screwed.

Labour are attacking as and when they see fit. Starmer had his yobs lay in to the pub owner in bath for daring to tell the truth.

Conservatives won the by election yesterday taking over 50% of the vote, despite our boggle eyed far left media throwing everything they have behind Labour and Labour doing a local deal with the Lib Dems.
Oh well, as you were.

I don't think anyone thought the Tories were in trouble in Old Bexley. Big drop in their majority though, and Tice did better than I expected.

Oh well, as you were. As you know the emphasis will be on the fact that their majority was drastically reduced.given that only some 35% of the electorate bothered to turn out ,but that doesn't count 🤔

Good starting point would be to ditch divisive morons like Butler and Lammy, they may well retain their seats, but every time they open their mouths you can almost feel nationwide support for the party fall, then decide what the party actually represents, because right now I haven't got a clue, and without an effective opposition we're going to get more of this BJ silliness I'm afraid.

Yes, all the sleaze is ....sleazy but it will be forgotten at the next election. It’s a distraction and let’s be honest Starmer didn’t really lay anything on the PM. All BJ does is ignore any attack and tell everyone they’re getting on with the job of building the country after Brexit, making sure people who were in danger over Covid were supported by furlough, the vaccination programme, low rate of unemployment etc. He keeps moving all the time, onto the next big project, onto ‘the evening up’ agenda. You're right lis, the public may have had enough of him and if that continues the Tories will ditch him before the election but Labour will have to do somersaults to get to where they want.

Partys' during lockdown, rank incompetence at the Foreign Office, bringing home animals from Kabul ahead of those people in danger and who helped us.
How the hell are these buffoons in office?

I swear the more of these types of stories get revealed,KS will have a heart attack with his urgency to shout down the Tories , needs a bit of self control,or he will never make office, or get a chance to spend £50K of taxpayers money painting the black door red ðŸ¤

Stand for election and sort it all out. White, male, stale, the locals in your area will love you. Maybe marry a close relation and have a few kids afflicted with hexadactyly, so that you blend in? BTW, who instigated the exodus from Afghanistan? No point blaming Trump, he'd set previous dates that had come and gone, this one sits squarely with Biden.

Anyway, I think I will take my chances and vote accordingly at the next election. It's only been 11 years of gross incompetence, maintaining power due the complete melt down of any viable opposition. Terrible choices for the electorate.

Just caught a few moments of PMQs. I think Johnson posts on here.
When asked about the party that was held at No 10, he says "the party opposite want to legalise drugs"
😂😂😂ðŸ¤
No? Me neither...

Maybe if people made sensible choices and nobody had voted Labour last time the message would have got through that far left policies have no place in civilised society, but sadly some people voted for Comrade Corbyn, didn't they? Nett effect, Labour are still at war internally with left wing extremists. That's the fault of everybody who failed to make their opposition to Corbyn crystal clear. There are other factors of course, but that one with within the control of electorate at the last G.E. And it's not just about abstaining, contact your local party, contact party HQ, speak to those nutters who pitch a tent outside of the CoOp in Lydney just before every election, one of them at least is a hard line communist, I know, I've spoken with them, let them know.

The nature of the defeat in 2019 was enough. I personally hoped for a hung Parliament so that neither of the class a Buffon's that were party leaders could take power without compromise. That didn't happen and we have one of the buffoons in No 10. It's been a very sad period for the UK since 2010. The crass leadership and incompetence of the chuckle brothers, Cameron and Osborne, the odious incompetence of dear Theresa and now the bombastic buffoonery of Johnson. Has it ever been this bad?

Yeah Definitely kept Lenin out, that was a goody. And that other bloke, Jesus Christ, kept him out as well. Well worth it...🤔🤔

Allegra Stratton has resigned. I'm sure that'll be the end of it...

Sorry, you think that those disputes and their legacy were a price worth paying? My tropical fish died during a power cut! Tory fish... At 7 years of age I had no particular political allegiance, but that period certainly helped form my world view. You didn't have to agree with the Conservatives to understand, even at that age, that violence and intimidation isn't the right way to achieve your aims. Roll forwards 50 or so years, nothing much has changed.
