In the scenario WAQ sacks JB,I think we'll need an Atkins or Coughlan type to make sure we don't drop out of the EFL. I don't trust WAQ judgement. I agree, the appointments so far haven’t been set up well. Garner should have been given a proper mentor rather than the useless turd Tommy. He seems to be doing ok now. Tisdale should have been given full control, booted Tommy back to non league and brought in Perryman. Wael seemed to learn from that but has given full control to a clueless buffoon. Get rid of B*****, his mates and Tommy and get in a proper experienced football man to sort this club out Very well summed up. Let's hope the same mistakes aren't repeated with the next appointment.

Swindon’s thin and inferior squad can’t compete with the depth and experience of our squad. Halfway through 3 game winning run, now we are playing better, on a roll, this is how it’s likely to be every week now, opponents thin and inferior squads unable to compete with a rovers side now on a roll. So what just happened, was our talented and fit squad exposed by a bankrupt team from Swindon, or was B***** given a football lesson by someone who wasn't good enough for Rovers just a year ago and who B***** thinks was to blame for him inheriting a club sat in a position of safety but ending up relegated in bottom place? What are you going to guess next week's result will be? You do realise that you look pretty silly right now, don't you?

Now the scales have finally fallen from Basel's eyes... I guess that only leaves two people who still believe in B*****. Wael Al-Qadi and Joey B*****.

JB is single handedly destroying this club from within. We were vulnerable after experience of BG and PT... and in came a con-man, taking full advantage and actively driving us towards oblivion.

Just got back... Oh dear.
If you cite someone as negligent in their position, when they come to your own gaff and wipe the floor with you, what does that make you?
The team set up and personnel was shot to pieces after we scored....a brilliant thread through ball by Evans and finish from Anderson...that apart, a pile of poo from us.
Absolute credit to swindle and BG for carving out a deserved win and the manner they performed it was exemplary. No gamesman, no time wasting, no on at officials etc, they were unlucky not to score more and won the match at a canter, fair and square.
We played too deep, playing off of players, instead of last week hassle the opposition....Coutts and Whelan lying in front of back 3, junior brown not winning anything in headers or tackles, Anderson at right back (?)....we had Pitman up front alone? With no service? Again!?
We finished the first half on counter attack with 3 in their box....v 8 of theirs.
Utterly woeful at home to not play attacking.
We are a basket case, not playing as a team and can't see any progress in the 11 matches I've mostly watched ....I can't see anything changing, B***** makes appalling substitution - after landing plaudits on the best finisher at the club, Spence, whom scored last week, he replaced Pitman with arguably the best ball watcher we've ever had - Westbrooke (?) because he ain't gonna roll his sleeves up and get stuck in. When Alf decided to give up, we effectively had 9 players on the pitch, or a flat back 9, if you prefer.
Awful performance, embarrassing result, I'll always support the team and the club but get this f ing clown out now.
B***** OUT!

Could have easily been a 1-5 scoreline, Rovers were a different team after half time and did not break sweat, Pitman making up the numbers, my stream ended with B***** mouthing at the ref. He quickly disappeared down the tunnel. No attempt to interact with the fans, like he did after the Orient defeat. I think, even he realises this looks bad.

What are you going to guess next week's result will be? You do realise that you look pretty silly right now, don't you? It seems to me, without seeing any pictures of it yet, today’s result matches a poor performance overall. 1. We may have lost this one in transition. In defensive shape, unable to hold ball long enough to break out from that shape, push up from lying deep. This is just the same as the B***** side that slipped into relegation zone and nestled bottom of table - stuck in defensive shape unable to hold ball and break out of defensive shape. 2. What is new this season is only 3 defenders in all matches without any change in formation despite the fact it’s not working, it’s gifting opponents too much joy on the flanks, too many crosses to deal with. No change to back 4 between matches or in matches even though it’s plainly obvious opponents have us sussed and exploiting it, and it’s just not working for us. 3. We also are not making enough chances. Even the side and performances which got Garner the sack had more spells in matches when they looked capable and more goal threat, maybe that was because the squad Joey transferred out had more key passes and more passing ability in its younger players, more flair more creativity in its blend, we no longer have the right blend of tackle pass youth experience in this side? It’s not just today, it’s all season we have looked short of key passes and creativity isn’t it. 4. Pitman. Firstly, we have a competitive wage bill for this division, one up and that one being injured Pitman every game, is that the best we can do? Would it be this bad if we held on to Ayunga and Hanlon and played them every game instead? But, secondly, Pitman isn’t going to hang on the defender and run in behind, so is it his fault if it’s not played into him to give him those touches. The teams counter attacking style and lack of possession doesn’t help Pitman at all. 5. Manager seeing what is happening and reacting well from bench. Not a strong suit of Joey B*****. In fact probably worse manager we have ever had at game management Still seems a large hardcore of fans especially those attending games still trust and believe in Joey B***** though, until that changes Joey looks safe for now.

I spoke to Paul Trollope he was at Mem today with his young son of course he played for both clubs. Asked him if he was applying for Newport County job or Rovers job. He smiled and said will see !
Swindon were superb quality players in Payne, Gladwyn, Crunchlow and Reed. Only Belshaw did well despite third goal.
No shape to our play and little tempo Swindon best side at Mem so far.
Highlight of day Wael agreeing to double the amount raised by Ashley Belsten so £65k raised a remarkable figure. Well done Wael and all gasheads.

Excellent tactical analysis- and you haven't even seen the game! These observations sum up why I feel B***** has to go. Yes, we got rid of BG too soon. however, this situation with JB isn't the same. We don't need any more evidence that his approach isn't working. It's getting worse every week. He moaned last season that the players weren't his (surely part of good management is improving what you inherit?). He has subsequently publicly ripped up the entire squad. His feted new team are performing worse than the squad he took over - and worse than when BG was managing them. We have no transition in play, no midfield dominance and create next to no chances - every game is the same. We also now finally have proof that BG can manage a team. Swindon destroyed us today. I predicted weeks ago this would happen. B***** needs to go tonight.
