Tom Parrinello who has been with the club over the past decade has resigned. Has spent last four years with the Under 18s his tweet reveals he cannot give reasons for his departure.
Very sad that a loyal club man should leave in this manner.
Strange times at the club.
Perhaps JB has someone else already to step in. Or maybe it's the end of the academy and development sides ?

I do wish people would say what they know rather than firing blanks.
Come on Tom, what was your problem?

I suspect the reasons would not reflect well on BRFC.

He’s stated on Twitter that JB is not the reason, it’s another person. My money is probably on Tommy W now that he’s in charge of getting the youngsters out on loan.

I suspect the reasons would not reflect well on BRFC. Whatever really. Either come out and say your piece or leave fully grateful for the opportunity and salary that went with it because with each word he loses that bit of dignities he thinks he leaves with. Rarely do people leave jobs where they leave still believing and thinking how amazing it is because if it was, they would have stuck around.

Is this the end of our youth and academy set up as the development squad appears to be under threat too.
Maybe getting in loanees from other clubs is the way we are moving towards?
Anyone know what's happened to Pablo Martinez who featured in the final months of last season and has not even been on the bench so far this season?

Thought either injured or covid meant not available.

"I leave with my head firmly held high knowing I couldn't of done anymore for the club, and knowing it was fully MY decision to step down." Ah...did he say "couldn't of"? Surely there aren't still people alive who don't realise that makes absolutely no sense?

I see a few examples of that on this forum, thanks to the good old Bristol accent

(Unless of course they don't know that "couldn't of" is complete nonsense and then they ARE thick)

That's a bit harsh. Turning it round, if JB were to write "could have" would you view him more kindly?
