The site has been purchased by a girls school in Bristol(sorry Iwas told their name but I have forgotten) They have big plans to expand the facilities with G4 pitches etc which means we have to go by the end of March so we need a site for the last month of the season and beyond

I would imagine Rovers might rent those on the future.

Could be a problem if our development squad is training next to the girls U18 hockey team!

I believe we could have purchased the Cribbs training ground at similar money to the Colony ( source Martin Staiirns)

Currently in Morpeth.Northern Premier League..Very ambitious club who have plans approved for a super all weather training facility The final phase would see the development of an indoor training facility that would enable senior and junior players to use Craik Park in all weathers. Gary Munday, joint chairman of the seniors and chairman of the juniors, said: “These improvements have been drawn up to accompany the great standard of football currently being produced at the club. “The concept of a 3G pitch and indoor training facility that the community can use as well as the club is a very exciting prospect. This will also help with the development of our younger players.”

Spoke with him last night, to clear a few things up. Given the stick and assumptions made by many, he seems very happy with his new job Philton. Blue through & through.
