So its a 2pm kick off and no tv I guess so a better time to play the game but not happy it is on a Sunday.
Last time we played Plymouth at home on a Sunday in the Cup on 5 Jan 1992 we won 5-0 Carl Saunders scored 4 and in the next round we drew Liverpool and played them twice happy days !
from official site Further to us securing a second round tie with Plymouth Argyle in the Emirates FA Cup on Sunday 1st December (KO - 2.00pm), we are delighted to be able to offer the following package for the day for just £45 + VAT per person. •East Stand Seating to watch the game •Pre-match two course carvery meal in the Poplar Suite (Gammon / Beef with all the trimmings followed by dessert of the day) •Half time tea, coffee and biscuits •Match programme for each guest •Pay bar facilities
Please contact Kerry directly on 01179 524 010 as soon as possible to secure your place.

Will save me cooking or getting something delivered. It’s been a good while since I last did an hospitality game and due to the increase in price. Thanks for that

I will certainly be asking a couple of friends if the fancy this too

Am I reading the BRFC website correctly? It seems that the West Enclosure is closed for this game. Would have thought that we would have had a big enough crowd to warrant using it. It’s certainly not mentioned - East and North terrace are. I assume that we are giving the south Stand to Argyle as it also is not mentioned.

So it's beef or nothing? I'll pass.
With reference to the game, our genius of a manager proclaims that "We must do better" if we're to beat Plymouth. Did he lecture at Trinity College?

I thought it was their genius manager who said the same. He's a bit arrogant, need to put him in his place too. Have some respect.

You have made it pretty clear that you were very fond of DC and whatever GC does, seemingly won't be quite enough for you. Call me old fashioned, but I much prefer the current managers policy of being in the top half of the table, winning cup games and signing strikers that score goals.

And Rex, having a natural Dublin accent. Not a comedy one. He prefers to leave the comedy to clowns on here such as......

The Plymouth manger told West Country news prior to the Devon derby that he respected Matt Taylor but Exeter weren't a Plymouth Argyle. He was right 4-0 you twat.

Really looking forward to Plymouth in round two, after brushing aside Bromley on tuesday. Sure it was match perfect for insomniac's but Rovers were on a hiding to nothing. All neutral fans were rooting for the underdogs, and a very narrow plastic pitch made football very difficult. Also our talisman striker was clearly not fully fit, nevertheless he got the goal, and despite playing with a handicap (TN) an excellent dogged display by the other nine players saw us home with a little flair!
Blow away Plymouth and we have the anticipation of the third round draw : Will it be Liverpool, Man U, Tottenham, or another easy route through to round four with a trip to Ashton!
