Just they were better organised than MK Dons. From what I could work out they; Dragged Kilgour and Smith to where they did not want to be. Isolated Craig with an experienced striker winning all battles. Pushed Upson back and closed him quickly, stopped us moving forward. Pressed in our half, Kelly and Rodman not being free meant we just hoofed. The problem became ours, but no tactical change was coming. What was the bench about. Keeper - a given 2 wing backs, who could play full back and Little can play Center Half A center half A midfielder Bennet - a ?? A striker Could we have taken Craig off and gone 4-4-2 or 4-4-3? He is slow to leave in a 4. And one of the biggest issues - absolutely no pace in the team to change things up a gear. You can argue we did well playing 3-5-2 but that relied on JCH, luck and ineptitude of the opposition to work out how to hurt us. Hope to be proved wrong but play same system and we could well be in trouble Sat. And just bringing Sercs back will not paper over the cracks, he was poor first half against MK Dons, lucky they did not score and we got stronger. yup bit of a all over the place rant, just like our play.

Zero movement in front of the ball is an issue we've had since the last manager. All we do is go and stand next to an opponent. It's just dire, and slightly strange.
Add to that, we start with Nichols, who is as weak as a kitten and puts in as much work as a 1984 Nottingham miner.
Kelly had a stinker last night, for some reason he just wouldn't get close to his man and wouldn't even try to tackle him, so, what to do, shut down the supply to their right wing, get cover in front of Kelly, or just ignore the problem for 90 mins. We know what our genius manager did.

And, unlike Nichols, both factions were 100% committed.

The Nottingham miner is a terrible analogy as they were some of the countries greatest strikers in Nottinghamshire, the majority of miners chose to carry on working, leaving whole towns and villages divided between strikers and "scabs" - those who crossed the picket line.

You are thinking a bit too hard about this. Shame we didn't have Gretta back then, she would have explained the environmental implications of the industry, everybody would have listened to her well reasoned arguments and agreed to shut the mines and go straight back to a zero emissions, pre-industrial revolution way of life. Problem solved. As long as we can have the telly on at 5-30 on a Saturday for Bullseye.

I don't think it's been coming at all. The midfield and defence have played well up to now. Why change it? Nobody on here has even considered the effect on the other players of reintroducing OC for two games and stripping Craig of the armband that he'd worn so well. Maybe this was their way of saying what they thought.

Civilised life ends somewhere between Cheltenham and Worcester, by the time you get to Nottingham it's all wobbly haemorrhoids and baby eating competitions.

Post-Thatcher, Britain imported coal from other countries, including apartheid South Africa. Coal still makes up a substantial part of our energy use. If we're going to continue using coal, it would be more environmentally sustainable to reopen the mines.

If you could just pop off the London and explain that everything is just tickety-boo and the answer is to burn more fossil fuel to those unwashed, crusty, anti-capitalists who are stopping people earning the money that generates the tax for their benefits hand outs, that would be smashing. Just one question, we still get Bully's prize board, right?

If you look a little closer you'll see that those 'unwashed, crusty anti-capitalists' are the best (if not only) hope left now and 'hard working taxpayers' who bask in their self-righteousness while spewing out emissions and living off future generations are one of the biggest problems....... But enough of the politics. Environmental armageddon will at least mean less of the dross served up last night............

Something that's peer reviewed, preferably by sane academics. The world isn't about to end.

Here we go again, people forcing their own particular political bias on a bloody football forum. Here we go again, same old bore thinking he owns the forum. It's been explained to you several times, your attitude is why about 6 people and 1 lost dog post here. You need to get over yourself, you aren't the only person in the world with an opinion, I know you think you are, but...
