Some would say did he have anything in the first place ? Bit harsh. toteend4 - where are you? You have a right to an opinion. If it's universally shouted down, on reflection you may think your original supposition was incorrect, or at least very poorly expressed. I think that's how it works anyway. I like both sides of an argument. I even listen to James O'Brien occasionally. He says some interesting stuff. But invariably ruins his own argument with one of his tiresome anti Jacob Rees-Mogg rants. But I still listen to him. And he's still a ***t. There are a select few who seem to be seen as being more equal than the other farm animals, for sure

OK I am back! For those of you who don't frequent gascrap here's a memory of mine from a bygone age.
Back in the day a lot of you ( well the ones who are still alive and not got Alzheimer's) will have all manor of untold stories from Eastville - I start you off with one of mine Rover 5 Charlton 5 obviously a game one would remember because of the score. Anyway, apart from a gashead wearing a white butchers coat throwing metal dustbins over the top of the Tote End masses, I was 'bursting for the loo, trouble was I was completely rammed in and it would have been impossible to get to the toilet in time. I was in a panic what should I do I looked around and it all looked hopeless. I then spotted to the right of me a man wearing a very large trench coat. What caught my eye was a very large pocket -No I can't do that can I - It was like filling a car up with petrol -Fuel what a relief ! Then it was back to the three blackbirds after the game to top up again.
Anyone else got a story, they would like to share, either from Eastville or0 Twerton?

Anyone else got a story, they would like to share, either from Eastville or0 Twerton? Yes. I was abducted by aliens on the way home from a game at Twerton. I was probed with metals and implements not known on this planet. The next morning, after they had finished their cruel experiments and research, they dumped me, naked, in a field next to the Keynsham bypass and erased all trace of the event from my memory.

I genuinely lost your number.

Some would say did he have anything in the first place ? He'll be back. He's just off glueing pics of faces of the England Women's footballers all through the nightwear section of the Freeman's catalogue. Thanks for the tip.

I was in the tote end in 1976 when it really was the "well ard" end unlike the later "woolly woofters". Anyway i had a bad cold but no tissues but luckily the bloke in front of me had a toupee,so i carefully removed it and blew all the yuk out of my nose and carefully placed the rug back on his head. Luckily he was so enthralled by the match v the villa that he didn't even notice lol.

Great consolation from David Williams though.

This entire thread is utter garbage. Is this really all our fans have to discuss? Last time I come on here looking for Roves news.
