Oh come on, it's The Sabbath, a day of rest, don't do this to me. Gorringe was talking complete rubbish. I paid last year and had the card a couple of days later. I do have some sympathy with him though, the product he's trying to sell is a bit rubbish. BTW. I've not seen any of those pathetic A4 bits of printed paper stuck up anywhere advertising season tickets. Can't think how I could have missed them.... Hopefully a copy & paste of this link works. It's the only photos I've seen of the adverts, up and around Cabot Circus: Delighted to see our friends from south of the river having plenty to say about our ads. So, not only do they look great, they've annoyed our violent cousins. Top work as far as I'm concerned.

Still find it weird that the only confirmation I have for renewing my season ticket a few months ago is a tiny till receipt. Would have thought the club should have sent a confirmatory email, at least to have acknowledged the season ticket purchase and from a PR point of view to say thank you

I couldn't agree more. At a time when the on line booking system was down I phoned the shop to renew my season ticket. I had to insist on a receipt being sent as, otherwise, I would have no proof of purchase. I won't know until the first home game if my card has been loaded so am fearing the worst!

How a fans owned club does it:
Exeter City’s season ticket instalment plan is now available for the 2019/20 campaign.
Conscious of the needs of some season ticket holders to spread the cost we can offer an instalment plan which does not involve any credit and doesn't cost a penny more than a season ticket.
The cost is the same as a regular full price season ticket with payment of a deposit (plus postage if required) at the time of order, and the balance in equal monthly payments, fully paid by December 16, 2019.
The deadline for purchasing a season ticket through an instalment plan is July 31, 2019.

But of course, we have no idea what Rovers are earning by selling season tickets on finance, and the bottom line is more important than taking care of customers who are willing to renew after a dire season. Sensible deadline as well. I think Tom has lost his marbles, we have a deadline every flipping half hour.

What's the highest number of season tickets we've sold in one season?

What's the highest number of season tickets we've sold in one season? Do you mean for the season being played, or are you counting for the next season as well when the deadline for buying is before the end of the existing season?

Gross number of season tickets for the season being played (including those bought before the season started and during before any cutoffs).

I was having yet another dig at Tom setting the deadline for this season's ticket sales at a point in time before last season had ended
