Rovers tweeted in the last hour: "π Keep an eye out for these around the City..." Brilliant. Must have taken at least 2 minutes on Paint to make that. Certainly shows up that rabble down at BS3 for the rank amateurs they are, I mean, just look at their hopeless promotional stuff. It feels almost as if we've given up. <iframe width="36.0799999999999" height="3.60000000000001" id="MoatPxIOPT0_78287632" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 15px; top: -5px; width: 36.08px; height: 3.6px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="36.0799999999999" height="3.60000000000001" id="MoatPxIOPT0_68706355" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 1716px; top: -5px; width: 36.08px; height: 3.6px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="36.0799999999999" height="3.60000000000001" id="MoatPxIOPT0_54434227" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 15px; top: 121px; width: 36.08px; height: 3.6px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="36.0799999999999" height="3.60000000000001" id="MoatPxIOPT0_98400775" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 1716px; top: 121px; width: 36.08px; height: 3.6px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe>

Fair play to the club doing what City did two months ago.

Wow the cynicism on here is getting beyond a joke.
Keyboard warriors are us...
FairPlay to the club for trying to make positive changes on a fraction of the budget they have in BS3

FairPlay to the club for trying to make positive changes on a fraction of the budget they have in BS3 Well, the point of a forum is to express thoughts and opinions. My opinion is that, if what's shown above is going to be used to promote the club, it makes us look dreadful compared to the professional advertising coming out of BS3. It's right up there with the Grotto. It's not all about huge budgets. We could maybe start with basics, such as getting our databases in order so that we can work on customer retention, even that seems to be beyond the present incumbents. For balance, there's still plenty wrong in BS3, that thing about putting cardboard covers over confectionary and quadrupling the price was nothing short of disgraceful. The Sheds had a shop in the centre for the Christmas period as well, Nov 21st until the end of Dec. More direct marketing, shoving their brand in front of people. It's nothing to do with cynicism, just pure frustration that we are so passive whilst allowing them to get roots deeper and deeper into the community. The fact that we are still here proves pretty conclusively that once you choose either Tent City or The DSS Arena, you are unlikely to change. You know the rest of the story.

I quite like it, nice touch adding the established date at the top, I guess it's a reminder to existing fan's rather than trying to attract newbies, cannot imagine them going up all over town though, perhaps a few dotted around the stadium and surroundings I should imagine!.

Plus if they sell any of thier player's in the photo, it will be a nice reminder for thier fans lol

The timing seems all odd to me, just 9 days to go, less with the weekends/bank holiday, until sales end on the 31 May and we only just start putting up posters, why didn't we start at the end of the season?

Perhaps most have already renewed and there are few season tickets left to actually sale or am I being over optimistic ?

Rovers tweeted in the last hour: "π Keep an eye out for these around the City..." Looks good to me. Clear and simple message. Got the quarters in there. Got the pirate badge in there. All you need for passing traffic. Difficult to tell from the picture - these look like the smaller advertisements, that go up on temporary hoardings, and building site fences, similar to the City's Robin adverts from a couple of weeks back, rather than a full size billboard. One thing though... did Rovers really mean to put a capital C in that use of city/City??

Simple straightforward design and message from Rovers. The city poster looks like a pile of steaming poop.

They will get vandalised, same as our lot would to theirs. Canβt see as it will make any impact but worth a go.
