Well the window is nearly over and the scores on the doors aren’t looking good. Quite a few out and only two in and worse, no striker...
so how many out? Broadbent, Bennett, Payne (hooray) and several younger players to gain playing time.
Unless something big happens in the next couple of hours or so, another underwhelming transfer window.

A relegation confirming transfer window.

Mo Eisa's current employers looking to loan him out.
Does the 'no transfer handshake' between us extend to loan deals?

I can only dream of an underwhelming window! This is an unmitigated disaster. The only silver lining is that the owners have finally been totally exposed for the ambition-less frauds that they are. I think you will have a hard time finding anyone with a good word to say about them unless we get a quality striker in the next 25 minutes.

If we’ve just brought in a forward that can hold the ball up to bring others into play that’s an improvement along with the hope we will finally have someone prepared to attack the crosses the fart Payne ducked under we might have a chance of getting out of the mire. UTG!.

The late, late signing has at least given us a little hope. Potentially a useful signing and will give us options but I had hoped for more signings. Silly me, this is Rovers after all.

Let’s give him a chance. I know, from personal work experience, that I was stagnant with the company but then got another job and it was a life changer. Sometimes we all need to move on, to get the best out of us. We certainly need a target man given the way we resort to long ball, if/when we don’t score in the first 30. He could just be the right man and I’m pretty sure that he can’t be worse that Payne. We have lacked a big bruiser and, from the video footage, he looks like he could be a very good player, maybe even able to link others up welcome to the gas Mr. Here’s hoping you can give us the bite we are lacking
